Wi-fi connectivity is poor. Resolution for images and video are fine

Cloud settings suck. Over heats easily. The front 4k and 2k camera in the back make a huge difference so I ended up keeping them. I had them installed by Best Buy, one in my 2021 Mazda 3 and another in my 2022 CX-5. Both installations were hard wired to the car but cables still ended up showing behind the rearview mirror. Not a big deal but it could look cleaner. The app is pretty straight forward. I'm using a 256 gb card with no issues.

Very clear image, except that on the angles has like a dark halo, that no even changing the brightness go away, the material feels very sturdy.If you want to know where your car is? or basically anything app related is worthless. At least the image and having 2 cameras makes me feel more covered insurance related.

Great product, producing incedible results, recommended and installed by the installation tech who did an incredible job. I would highly recommend this product and tech to get the dash cam results for front and back you desire!! It is really worth 10 stars in my opinion..

I like the camera. Had a garmin gps but this one is high quality and feels premium

Disappointed video picture quality. It is the one of the most expensive dash cam but my 5 years old Pioneer dash ash cam HD video quality for my other car has better than u1000. My u1000 was manufactured on June 2021. Video was just like a slow motion and it whiteouts half the screen sometimes. Front and back both cameras got same issue. It had been returned to Best Buy customer service center to get a replacement. However, return & exchange policy (15 days after the purchase) was expired at a time when I asked about it, so I had to use 2 year protection plan by Best Buy. Then Best Buy rep told me when I get new replacement, I need to buy another 2 year protection plan for the replacement dash cam if I want. I think i got unlucky at this time. Hopefully I can get good quality replacement u1000 within a week.

clear videos when downloaded. also it will automatically shut off when left in the sun on a hot summer day

I love this dash cam I have it installed in my new 2022 Sierra. I hardwired so it continually recording. I think everyone should have a dash cam in their vehicle especially the way people driving these days! Also be sure to purchase the radar as well, It will allow you to record even while the vehicle is parked.

I bought this for my car back in may of 2021. It's worked great. Only think I dislike is. It goes into a safe mode when it gets hot from sun. But I assume that is for the best interest for the cam. It does connect to my phone easily.

Wi-Fi connectivity does not work always gets disconnected.  Which you have to reset the camera each and every day customer service at least one hour to get through to someone. Very complicated to connect to iPhone to see live view.

Excellent camera. I upgraded the dash cam for something that had continuous monitoring and was able to be hardwired to the main battery. It has certainly been worth the purchase with it's clear recordings and options.

Loving this dash cam so far. I was worried about not having a screen to view on, but the app is simple to use. Installed myself to save money and it was very easy. I went with the OBD install method and that was very easy as well. Picture is very very clear and makes me feel more secure about any possible incidents that I may run into, or may run into me.

My car dual cameras are working good . front and rear camera instalation was very hide and the techs gentelmen work very clean inside my car. they were profissional and what you want to learn from them . they help with all corporation, how you espect . I recomend all of my friends in USA or all over the world to buy and perchased at bestbuy .

Best Dash Cam, no battery drain. I been use Thinkware Dash Cam for year. Not have any problems with car battery. the video quality is great day or nigh. good motion detection mode. went is install on your windshield look like factory Dash Cam.

Awesome camera. Easy to use. Going to buy a second camera for our other car. Installation was easy and affordable by Best Buy.
