The app is horrible, and I couldn't get it to work correctly with my Pixel 9 Pro XL. I tried turning of multiple things like the troubleshooting guide suggested, and struggled with it for hours.

Good install for a really good dash cam

They were able to install the battery pack so it isn't pulling from the battery. The radar works. You can adjust quite a few options as well. The install at Best Buy was great. They did a great job. No complaints

I had to call Thinkware more than a dozen times (each call required waiting for a Customer Service Rep. and then up to an hour sitting in the car) to figure out how to register (mandatory to use the App) the dashcam and then how to use the App to view the videos and delete unnecessary videos of the car parked inside the garage.

Thinkware will bounce back forward for months until they ship you exchange which comes again the same blurry horrible quality. Best Buy Return policy changed and they do not accept any returns. Wasted $600.
