This isnt an issue with a cord coming unplugged, it simply disconnects from the PS5. Other than this, it was a good wheel for the money.

It feels like a gas or clutch pedal - very little resistance. The wheel is fantastic, however. Unfortunately I ended up returning the item over the pedals. By the time I had upgraded I would've been in it for the same price as a Fanatec DD Pro 8nm bundle.

The top and bottom plastic portions of the wheel rim do feel on the cheaper side but the rubber side grips feel nice and firm. There is still an oscillation issue at high in game speeds, when going in a straight line if you max out feedback settings. This issue remained after the software update. If you turn the settings down it isn’t nearly as bad.

Best “entry level” level wheel.

There is ZERO friction on this wheel.there is no better wheel for the price and its availability.

Only been running it a week but no complaints. Decided on Thrustmaster because past experiences have been great. As for Best Buy ordering, delivery, and support I have had no issues. I have not had to call support but the product was easy to order and was delivered on time.

The power feels like double the torque. Super smooth turn and not gear feeling like the g29 . The wheel feels amazing for rally racing ! I play vr so the size of the unit doesn’t bother like some .

Don’t forget to update it on your PC first. Works better with a strong sim rig, however, it’s great that it comes with a desk clamp. I moved up from a G 29 to this and it is a big difference.
