Only been running it a week but no complaints. Decided on Thrustmaster because past experiences have been great. As for Best Buy ordering, delivery, and support I have had no issues. I have not had to call support but the product was easy to order and was delivered on time.

The power feels like double the torque. Super smooth turn and not gear feeling like the g29 . The wheel feels amazing for rally racing ! I play vr so the size of the unit doesn’t bother like some .

Don’t forget to update it on your PC first. Works better with a strong sim rig, however, it’s great that it comes with a desk clamp. I moved up from a G 29 to this and it is a big difference.

This thing has been nothing but problems since the day I set it up. The base constantly disconnects mid-race, the brake pedal randomly stops working, and calibration is all over the place. I’ve power cycled it more times than I can count just to get it to register anything. It works one minute and completely dies the next. Thrustmaster support hasn’t helped at all. They sent me a replacement power cord months ago that did absolutely nothing, and now they want me to ship the whole thing overseas for repair. Seriously? For a product bought in the US? This is supposed to be a premium direct-drive base and it performs worse than cheap wheels I’ve owned in the past. For how expensive this setup is, the reliability is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve invested in multiple wheels and accessories for this base and now it’s basically unusable. Save yourself the headache — I would NOT recommend this to anyone. Total waste of money.

It is powerful, dont be fooled 5nm with the 10nm burst is great. It is very detailed for all road surfaces in GT7, Dirst Rally 2.0 and ACC on PS4.
