This is an amazing wheel especially when you consider the next closest competitor is $300 more and you get more in the box with the thrustmaster. GT7 optimization leaves a lot to be desired but time will hopefully make this no longer an issue.

Best bundle package for your money! Highly recommend if you’re a serious sim racer.

This was my first direct drive wheel and I couldn't be happier with it. I bought this over a month ago to use with my PS5 and would absolutely buy it again. The price is much better than Fanatec's PS5 option.

Based on playing GT7 on PS5 - Pros: Smooth handling and gear jolt provides fun driving experience. Easier and more casual to drive than belt drive, making sessions longer/less fatigue. Good value as a beginner set. Nothing under 500 seems better. Cons: Wheel cannot keep it straight itself and the oscillation is very bad at high speed even with Updated firmware and trying all intertia/friction settings. Wheel feels cheap and feel the need to spend more. No vibration in the wheel when compared to GT7 tuned belt drive (T-GT II), makes less realistic during driving.

Great wheel,wheel base is a littlw big had to adjust my tv so i can see over the base but other than that it is a great wheel

Must buy for any entry/mid level PC and PS5 player. There is no better option than this direct drive wheel for $500. Do not consider Logitech G29 or G293, they can’t be compared.

Overall very nice upgrade for the T150. I use it in for GT7. Thrustmaster is making firmware updates that seem to make it better over time. I can't wait for official support in GT7. Pedals are great.

Having been a sim racer for almost 15 years, using the Logitech G27, G29, Turtle Beach wheel and finally the T598. While the G27 was always a great wheel by Logitech. The G29 sucked. Turtle Beach, well, that was a play toy for Xbox or Playstation. But this Thrustmaster T598, you can "tune" it a lot more than any other wheel system I've had. I'm still getting used to it and learning what it can and cannot do. For the price, I've very satisfied.

I purchased the t300 and the t598 and I like both for different reasons. The t598 had more detail in the road textures and the gear jolt was really nice. I also like that you can edit the car without going back into the game due to the edits being done on the direct drive since it has a on screen panel. One thing was I never felt the weight of the vehicle only when going into turns. The t300 is better and more natural feeling but your lacking the bells and whistles of the road detail. Good product for the price

Great wheel if you're new to sim racing or an OG. PS5/PC compatibility at a reasonable price. Fyi for PS5 use you need a PC to update driver on wheel

This wheel feels fantastic in hand. While the out-of-the-box settings could be improved, I was pleasantly surprised after adjusting them and have enjoyed using it.

It's a good wheelbase. I do wish it had more power but it gets the job done. I moved from a T-GT II to the 598 and power wise it was not worth it at all. It's not any better at all, however where t does out do the T-GT is the speed and fidelity it delivers. The wheel rim works but feels cheap. I have multiple others so not a deal breaker, the pedals are ok but I have T-LCM pedals so again a nonfactor. If you already have Thrustmaster gear the base is decent for PS5.

But has power supply cord issues kept disconnecting other the it's very good if it's not doing that

Huge upgrade over my t300rs. Definitely need to upgrade the wheel rim and pedals but the wheel base is a 10! Works like a champ with my TLCM pedals and EVO 32r rim!

A little technical but well worth it i totally enjoy my driving experience with this steering wheel gives you the feel of being behind the wheel

So far really enjoying this set up. Make sure you get a cockpit strong enough to handle the torque this wheel puts out or will shake your whole setup around. Pedals are nice also. I’m am very happy with my purchase!

Best bang for your buck! Great mid level entry for sim racing enthusiasts.

I’m coming from a T300RS GT Edition , I'm primarily a console user. Rig is GT Omega Titan. Updating the firmware is a pain due to lack of instructions. Height of the wheelbase had me nervous. After a few tweaks to my setup, everything is set up super ergonomically, The 45” LG curve monitor is the right height for me, and the wheel is at the right height and angled perfectly. Really impressed with the wheelbase. This thing is solid, has a nice weight to it, and the form factor has grown on me. So far so good!!!
