Nothing more to say hope this is around next year for renewal

I like the Tidal service, however the Tidal app for IOS does not work correctly with Carplay. It will play a few songs, but after the first song it does not update the display with the current song, and finally stops working after several songs. I also found several threads online with others that have the same problem and they cannot get Tidal to admit there is even a problem. I will probably switch to Qobuz after my Tidal subscription ends.

Good music. Simple sign up. Might keep it after the trail.

This subscription is a complete scam when offered “free” with a purchase. I ordered headphones and it added this on for free. I didn’t realize/read that it ACTIVATES RIGHT WHEN YOU PURCHASE. If you do not realize it, you’ll find charges for a subscription that you don’t even have an account with and never used your activation code for. Then, to make matters worse, TIDAL says “we will not refund any fees paid to us, including any advance charge(s) or payment(s) for any subscription term” on their website… so now I’m out 30 dollars for two charges and have been “subscribed” to TIDAL for 5 months without even creating an account or having access to it. Save yourself this headache. Thank you for reading my rant. Lol

The music play on Bluetooth is shotty. It cuts in and out a lot. The selections and options played are amazing. Just connectivity is not the best.

Since I got my free subscription, I canceled my pandora.

Starting at purchase vs prepaid is the kicker here. I bought this but it activated right away even though I did not have a Tidal account. Seems like a cash grab rush. Service is good. transferred my spotify playlists but it is missing 500 songs so it is not as big as spotify's library. Will continue to test it out but the scummy nature of starting the sub on purchase and auto renew via bestbuy rather than Tidal is a big negative.
