I paid for the three-month subscription, I received an email with a button to click to activate my subscription, but no matter what I do (or which device—Samsung phone, iPad, MacBook—I use), I get the same message: “This code is invalid.” (Tidal support is useless, by the way. Don’t bother trying to deal with them). Bummer, Best Buy! Enjoy my money you took!

The app & service for Tidal is "Not Too Bad", but I still prefer Spotify. So Tidal isn't for me. Couldn't even find most of the music I actually listen to by using their search engine, i.e. World On Fire - by Les Friction. I don't recommend.

I’m on a 3 month trial subscription and compared to other streaming services it’s about the same. They have Hi Rez audio like most other players in the market but is having a hi rez option when most headphones won’t take advantage of unless you buy an add “DAC” to take advantage of the full range sound. For most people who consume music through a cell phone this isn’t practical. I’m likely going to cancel.

I got this along with some headphones and it automatically activated and charged me. I NEVER activated the subscription and it started charging anyway. Not worth messing with at all unless you intend to keep the sub. Also, you can only cancel through BestBuy, so if you find yourself in a similar situation, that's what to do.

I am using TIDAL subscription and APP all the time. it is the most sufficient streaming app with the highest quality. Love it. but BestBuy costumer service makes me cancel my account and buy from TIDAL while is more expensive compare to BestBuy. Bestbuy costumer service waist your time. other the otehr hand for automatic renewal via bestbuy, they charge you full price while the subscription is on sale on BestBuy website. you cannot find any solution with BB costumer service and just holding holding and holding!

I’m giving this product a 1 star do to, I initially got this service as a promotion, I never used it because I could not get it to work. Call for geek help, I’ll give them no stars do to I called all day for help and received none!!! I was disconnected more than once, I was given several excuses why it didn’t work, I got rudeness and for most I wasn’t able to use the service do to I could not get it to work!!!!

Impossible to use - complete fraud! To get to customer service, you can only email. They never respond. You need to have your password - which Best Buy never sent, so it was impossible to email them anyway and when I found I could put "unknown" in the password field, it didn't make any difference because they never respond anyway. Rumor has it the Best Buy has a secret number for their customer service, but I think they were lying because they were never able to get through either.

Although it provides the option of having high-quality audios such as Dolby Atmos albums/tracks, it does lack the mainstream libraries which Spotify or youtube music has

PLEASE DO NOT BUY - ACTIVATION CODE DOES NOT WORK Received an Activation code in an email, with an Activation Now link. I tried to activate the link and got the message, the offer is not valid anymore. The offer automatically renews after 3 months and charges your credit card. I called Best Buy support, and they transferred me to 8 different departments and could not solve my activation. I have total tech support, they couldn’t help. I DO NOT recommend purchasing this product.

The price comes out cheaper than Spotify, but the music collection is weak. I could not find songs from more than 5 to 10 years ago for most of my favorite artists.

Not the best music app at all but $.99 can’t much complain about it, need a lot of improvement since it get froze a lot and not good playing through CarPlay.

Do not really care for the UI, not as easy to browse as some other services. Would like more playlists.

I never used it. I purchased a Roku device and this service was added automatically. I have called Best Buy multiple times to cancel the subscription, they never canceled and now I’m being charged a monthly subscription fee of $16. Geek Squad gets 0 stars because they are rude and useless. I have reported my card as lost so that they can stop charging me for something I NEVER agreed to. - This is ridiculous!

It is great however be weary of being charged despite it being a "Trial" because the terms of use or whatever is very sketchy

The various formats of tidal makes it less convenient than - say, Apple Music.

Apps design is stuck in 2010. Lacks features that other apps have had for years. But shout out to Best Buy for the price!

Not my favorite music application I have tried. I like my free Prime music subscription more.

Can not get the service to activate. Will not accept the code on receipt and with multiple attempts I receives new codes which were also rejected. The error messages I received are "this action is not authorized" and "code invalid". Tried to contact Geek Squad and was disconnected. I can't give an accurate review of the product because I can't use it. Hope I can resolve the issues with it.

TotalTech chat would not cancel the membership and thwre is no other method to end the trial offer. Transferred to other departments and back multiple times by phone. Shady behavior and terrible support by BB.

I didn't even know this was added and now I've had a monthly recurring charge of $14.99 for multiple months. I'd say be aware of these little add-ons that are a trial for 3 months until one forgets about it and then the charges begin. On top of that, the service itself is terrible.
