Can actually tell the difference in sound between this and my Spotify subscription. I got it because it was on sale for like three dollars but I'm not sure I'd pay the heavy normal subscription cost going forward.

I bought the 3 month trial from Best Buy a while back, and didn't renew it. Found their music lineup mostly pushing Rap & Hip-Hop music, and was hard to find, and limited in many other forms of music. And if your mostly using it on your phone, you don't get any better sound than their lower priced levels. I've tried 4 different Hi-Res streaming services, and Tidal ranked lowest to me. I fact, even some of the non Hi-Res services like Apple sounded as good or better as Tidal, but for far less. Also found their phone app was almost worthless on Carplay in my 2 different vehicles, whereas Amazon HD worked great in car. But, at this discounted price you may want to try it, but I'd look for a deal elsewhere!

Music quality is fine but the support is useless and the app doesnt let you unsubscribe so have fun refunding every renew cycle

Waste kd time and money. Tid doesnt see the Beat Buy code as valid.

I own a Tesla with a top of the line stereo speaker system and during the last software update, Tidal appeared as an option so I gave it a try. A a sixty-year old guy, my first visit to the Tidal website should have made it clear this wasn't built for people my age - unless you like rap and hip-hop which seem to be their go to music choices. I found plenty of my music preferences, however, and tried to make the best of it. I did not notice any significant difference in sound quality between Tidal and Spotify or Apple Music so after a couple of months I canceled Tidal - and that is where the story begins. I canceled the service online and received a confirmation, but the monthly charges kept coming. Tidal has no phone number on its website so you cannot talk to anyone. Their chat feature is an auto-bot that gives you preprogramed answers. I emailed in my complaint and got a generic email response that they're busy and would get back to me. Still waiting. Tomorrow I'll cancel my CC and have a new one issued and give up on ever collecting the $19.99 - but they won't get any more.

Quality of the music is great! Yet the library isn't where it needs to be yet. For the price, Apple music and Pandora are still better values for me.

hi, because every time I buy a 3 month tidal and deduct the money from the card after 5 min it tells me that the order is canceled .. I can know why? thank you

Hands down horrible service , def recommend Apple music or Spotify.
