Works OK. Not as reliable as one would expect.

All older models had to be replaced after one year. Now, only the slim has to be replaced. I used this with an older iPhone. Poor bluetooth connection issues. The phone could be right next to the tile and it won't see it. Got the latest iPhone - issues remain. Still, better than nothing.
