Great product overall. Especially since these new ones have replaceable batteries.

Now I can be sure if finding surf if I loose them.

Very useful. A little hard to program but after I figured it out it went faster.

Excellent concept, but poor execution. These are easy to set up with a push of a button and connection to Bluetooth to your phone, except I seem to have some "duds" in my pack. At least one of these (a "mate", which is the smaller one with the hole that allows you to add it to your keyring) was defective upon purchase and has never worked, and another one (a flat one, the "Slim", that's about the width of a credit card without the replaceable battery) works intermittently. The other two seem to be fine. I tried replacing the battery in the Mate at least twice and it still just won't work - won't ring, won't sync to the Tile app on our phone, etc.

The slims work pretty well, the regular tiles worked well for a while but eventually stopped, even with new batteries. Warning: Tile Premium service is a waste of $30 zero stars for that!

I went from Lapa to Tile because I thought the larger volume wiloild benefit me should something actually go missing - more devices/people to hit off of. The one thing that will make me switch back is the lack of notification. You ONLY get an alert if you leave the ONE designated location you have marked without your item. Lapa was based on proximity to your phone. When the BT connection was broken both devices alerted so the one you had on you would let you know you left the other behind whether it’s your phone,your keys, or wallet, etc. This only helps you located you tile after a thief has found it and tossed the tile. Likely hours later when you realize it’s missing, not minutes when you can actually recover the item.

Not to much range on find things and on top of that you have to pay extra for the only benefits that are worthy. At least if you drop it you know where.

Great Concept for finding keys, wallet and briefcase BUT even with short distances in my home and other places they do not connect with items or vise versa with the cell phone.
