Customer Ratings & Reviews

So far the Tile has worked as advertised. The app is easy to use and share with other family members.

I bought this item cause my wife is terrible with remembering where her keys are. Well not anymore.

Love this product. It is flawless. Love that that it works both ways to locate your phone as well.

I sort of thought these were silly at first but they actually end up being very useful.

Tile is a great invention that will help you find your keys or wallet. Also works backwards to find your phone.

Great item for keeping valuables save and traceable. The slimline version good for wallet or purse.

I don't know how I lived without the Tile before. Easy to use, lightweight and really helpful in a pinch!

I am constantly misplacing my keys so I place the Tile on my keychain. I ring them at least once a week.

Gave this as a Xmas gift to my inlaws who are always losing their keys and stuff. They seem to like it.

But it. Buy several. It works for so many things. Who hasn’t had trouble finding keys? Phones? Luggage?

The wallet tile is particularly helpful, as it's been instrumental in recovering my wallet twice already...

Wonderful idea and works like a charm. Just follow instructions after down loading app to make the work!

Will never loose my keys or wallet again! Have used it many times now and it has not failed me

I bought a 4 pack of Tiles for my mom as she is always misplacing her phone and keys. I set the Tiles up for her and associated them with her different items, including her phone, iPad and keys. When I tried to locate her phone from the Tile attached to the keys, the iPad would ring instead of the phone. After inquiring with customer service I learned that the Tile can only be connected with one item at a time via Bluetooth and that if two devices are connected, it will only ring the device that was connected via Bluetooth most recently. The Tiles also take a long time (ie 5-7 mins) to "discover your device." Although it will immediately show the vicinity of the last known location, if you want to find your device inside your house by ringing it or walking near it (hot/cold circle monitor), it has to be "discovered" first. The Tiles will not be very useful for my mom, who is not tech savvy because they are confusing to use (which device was last connected to Bluetooth?) and slow to connect, if they connect at all.

Great product to find your keys, wallet and more. Love that it's so simple to setup and use.
