Confusing to set up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a 4 pack of Tiles for my mom as she is always misplacing her phone and keys. I set the Tiles up for her and associated them with her different items, including her phone, iPad and keys. When I tried to locate her phone from the Tile attached to the keys, the iPad would ring instead of the phone. After inquiring with customer service I learned that the Tile can only be connected with one item at a time via Bluetooth and that if two devices are connected, it will only ring the device that was connected via Bluetooth most recently. The Tiles also take a long time (ie 5-7 mins) to "discover your device." Although it will immediately show the vicinity of the last known location, if you want to find your device inside your house by ringing it or walking near it (hot/cold circle monitor), it has to be "discovered" first. The Tiles will not be very useful for my mom, who is not tech savvy because they are confusing to use (which device was last connected to Bluetooth?) and slow to connect, if they connect at all.

Improvement needed

This really takes a huge bite out of your battery. Also, I have found that if you locate something, lets say in your home, then go somewhere close to home, it will not track there. Have complainted to the Tile people, guess they still have a lot to iron out...so to speak.
