Not working properly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought for the interval feature; second chime not working properly - too quiet to be heard on the run. Very poor customer experience. Bought this online as a gift for my sister; it didn't work properly so I brought it back to a nearby store, outside of the very stingy 15 day return period, but within 30 days. So they only gave store credit. Contacted BB online and got no satisfaction. With these unfriendly policies, they have lost me as a customer.
