This is absoultely the best cleaner I have ever owned. Fast and super efficient. Doesn’s use much cleaning solution which is nice! Amazing sells the cleaning solution when it is time to get more. Completely in love.

The machine works fine; the problem is cleaning it up after you’ve finished. It’s difficult to remove the wet dirt from the part of the machine that sucks. Think of vacuum dirt, but wet and stuck in the vacuum channel. The dry only feature is very nice; The heat only helps remove stains. I think if I’d have vacuumed first, it would be easier to clean the machine. The hand held accessories works well. I’d recommend renting one from Walmar instead of buying this.

As noted, this is really easy to assemble. In 15 minutes, the box was opened, the product assembled, the app downloaded and running, and my unit was connected and ready to go! Given it was all set, I took the opportunity to use it on a section of carpet that gets a lot of use from our three miniature long-haired Dachshunds. The first observation is that vacuuming prior to carpet cleaning is a must. Carpet cleaners are designed to vacuum water, not wet hair from our fur babies. Noted for next time. All that said, the job that the cleaner did was excellent. The carpet was clean, and the carpet was left damp but not overly wet. A few observations and thoughts. The cleaner comes with two bottles of concentrate for cleaning. Two small capfuls added to the fresh water container is all that's needed. The fresh water container is a bit small. I cleaned only about half of the room, making a couple of passes over the areas most used, and ran out of water right as I completed the cleaning. Great timing! Like all design aspects of a product, a larger fresh water container would make the product heavier, so I'll take this lightweight, easy to maneuver product any day over a heavier product. After cleaning, I didn't see the app update to reflect the cleaning that I did. Either I didn't do something right, or perhaps the next time I connect I'll see the cleaning time and cleaning cycle updated in the app. I definitely would recommend this product. It's light weight and maneuverability won me over from our previous carpet cleaner hands down.

First off, this lightweight tiny pocket titan is a gem as opposed to your rental carpet cleaner or paying for a professional crew to drag hoses throughout your house. With a little elbow grease, determination, and the virtual assistant (as I like to call it) to guide you through the cleaning process. When we started renting our apartment unit we had completely forgot that our carpet was a cream color. Fast forward two years later and slowly but surely it started turning a dark brown. Well you know how they say “out of sight out of mind” well we never really think about our carpets too often or at least I don’t, but here comes the Tineco Carpet One to show us just how truly careless we were being. It’s was easy to assemble the pieces that came in the box. It was even easier to start and stoped on its own whenever the tank was dirty. It’s all in a display on the vacuum! There’s an app that you can pair too and it tells you how much usage the machine has had and how many times you’ve cleaned it in a specific time period. A useful feature but not really useful in my opinion since I don’t need to keep track of my cleaning. Regardless this machine really got the Job done. It completely made my carpet look like new, of course there was a couple of spots where we had some wine spill but we’d just have to go over it a couple more times I’m sure. I’d highly recommend this product because it’s lightweight, makes cleaning a breeze, and it comes with a handle that helps you with hard to reach places that the vacuum cant get to while it’s being rolled around. Super happy.

Waste of money, doesn’t clean anything and going over spots that I can clearly see are dirty, the “smart” feature say they are clean. Doesn’t dry very well.

We have all been there. You are moving and need to clean the carpets, whether in the new place or as part of the move out. You either hire a company and pay more money, or you go to the local hardware store and rent a big heavy box shaped monster that does a fairly decent job. But God only knows how many times that thing has been used and you end up spending $100+. Personally, there is always a reason to have a decent carpet cleaner around the house. If you have pets or the other version of pets (kids), you know there are always going to be messes. That and many of us do a deep cleaning once or twice a year. Before having a Tinco Carpet One Smart carpet cleaner, I have tried a few others. Without naming names of course, I have tried the spot cleaners, the thin/light broom style cleaners and the ones that look like a simplified upright vacuum. Yes, they are less expensive and they are meant for spot cleaning, but that is my limited experience outside the rentals. The Tinco Carpet One Smart carpet cleaner is something I was excited to get and I knew I could really put it to the test. My wife’s car was a MESS, and my youngest daughter is a professional mess maker at the age of four. That and it had been almost a year since I cleaned the carpets in my home. So I was amped and my expectations after reading about this product were high. I was not disappointed. First, I started with the car. Not because I wanted to, as I actually wanted to start with carpet as that is what it is for right? But the glare I was receiving from my wife prompted me to change direction and start with her car. It is a mid-size SUV with a third row, and most recently my youngest had dropped a strawberry smoothie in the backseat, and God forbid someone would at least throw a few napkins on top of it or grab the big chunks off the floor. So before I used it, I vacuumed it with a fairly strong handheld vacuum I primarily use for the cars. I removed the floor mats and vacuumed every little place I could reach. I then added the attachment on the Tinco and got to work. I scrubbed and sprayed, and went through about a tank of cleaner, maybe a little more. The car came out really nice. I was not able to reach the small edges between the seat rails and the door, plus some other areas that the tool simply is too big to get to. But remember this is an stair attachment for stairs and maybe furniture if you are so inclined. But to me (and more importantly to my wife) the results were awesome. So, I tried it on the carpet in the living room, in an area that is not readily walked on. The things I like about the machine are many, but I will hit the high points here. It is heavy, so it holds it’s line when you use it and stays flat. As an upright style machine, the base with the waste water container stay in place when you pull the handle back. You will understand what I mean when you try it, but it is a simple design that allows the machine to really get good suction power. The weight feel centered over the area you are working on. I love that it sprays and sucks up all water after. Not only that, but it self adjusts with sensors based on how dirty an area is or how damp it is. They call it auto mode. Above that they have max mode for a deeper clean that operates at 100%. It uses both warm water and warm air to do this. No need to heat the water! To piggy back off that, there is dry mode that only shoots warm air on the already cleaned, but still wet area. Switch between the three modes at a push of a button. The thing speaks to you at ever mode and has a smart display always easily in view when using it. It also links to an app, however I am still playing with that and cannot report as to how well it works just yet. The accessory mode is when you plug in the stair attachment and turn the machine on. It will announce the accessory mode when you do that. The attachment operates the same as a rental stair attachment, but I find the brush to be a bit more effective in scrubbing. The machine came with two bottles of solution and you only use two small cap fulls of solution per full tank. So the two bottles last for a long time. It is the size of a typical upright vacuum, and I did not notice it dripping like some others I used in the past. Heck, some even came with drip trays. No bad smell when you use it, but I make sure I clean the tank out when I am finished and I rinse it. When you use a service of a rental machine, you can probably finish faster when you have a larger tank to hold more solution. But I honestly feel my Tinco machine cleaned my carpet substantially better than the last rental I used. The carpet cleaning I expected to be good and frankly for the price I double expected results. It delivered for sure. But the bonus for me was the cleaning of my wife’s car. This is a whole house cleaning machine in a smaller package, and you are getting MORE than what you are paying for. All the guess work is gone for you and you just focus on the task at hand. I would highly recommend this to anyone that regularly cleans their carpets, either once or twice a year. 4-5 uses would be the same price as renting all the equipment that many times. Food for thought, but this is definitely worth the investment.

This is by for the wrist carpet cleaner I’ve ever purchased!! Don’t buy it, you’ll end up returning it.

This is NOT your average carpet cleaner! We have portable carpet cleaners and full size cleaners in the past and none of them can compare to the simplicity of this device, nor how dry the carpet is when cleaning is done. Pluses for this device again included simplicity of setup, use and cleaning. It appears to be solidly built. The built in voice lets you know what is being done and what needs to be done (add solution, clean the dirty water bucket, etc). The screen at the top is a easy way to see how the machine is working with a blue/red circle around the screen to let you know how much dirt is coming up. Switching over to drying mode makes it easy to know that the carpet has been thoroughly dried with a simple thermo-bar showing how much moisture is left. We have a new puppy and area rugs. A deadly combination! :-) I ended up cleaning the entire area rug since it worked so well. My wife came out, stepped on the rug, and thought I had not cleaned it yet since it was SO dry. Amazing!! One issue we did have was that the machine turned on and did not notify me that the dirty water bin was not seated. I didn't notice until I stepped on the rug, which was thoroughly wet. I then inspected the dirty water container only to see it was empty. Not really a big deal. After snapping it back in place, I put the machine on "drying mode" and the water was sucked up in minutes. I was just a little surprised that as good as this machine does in notifying with it robot voice that something needs to be done, it didn't pick up on this. However if with that issue, which is obviously user error, I would highly recommend this vacuum. If you have ever owned or used an upright carpet cleaner in the past, please don't let your experiences keep you from purchasing this one. They typical carpet cleaners do not compare!

I really didn't expect much from this carpet cleaner, I was just hoping it did a decent job. But I was pleasantly surprised at how clean my carpet got after using this! I'm not too long ago had it clean from a company and I was just going to test it out. I did not realize the carpet was that dirty after being cleaned by a professional company no more than 2 weeks ago! From the looks of everything, the carpet was really clean especially compared to how it looked. So you can imagine my shock when I used a personal handheld steam cleaner as seen all the dirty water when finished! My favorite part of this carpet cleaner, is the fact that you can use an app to pretty much program any way you like and the carpet cleaner talks to you. I love the drying smart sensor which helps dry your carpet while you clean it! The surprising part is it literally only took me 20 minutes for setup from start to finish! I'm not really a technical guy but it does take me a very long time to hook up the simplest stuff. I wish the tank size was a little bit bigger so I could do more than one room at a time. I did have a few problems trying to use the separate attachment to clean the sofa, but I think that's just me and I'll figure it out. Overall, this is a futuristic device that I think even the average person would love!

My Carpet One Complete Upright Deep Cleaner arrived in a fairly beat up box. I was afraid that I would find a damaged product inside. Fortunately, the cleaner was well packed and damage free. Assembly was quick and easy (unpacking took me longer than assembly). The printed manual describes the parts, assembly cleaning and the display in great detail. There are some extras included with the cleaner, an extra filter, an extra rotating brush, a cleaning brush, a hose with a small area cleaning attachment and an alternate brush for the attachment. There is an app that allows you to switch modes and keeps cleaning logs. When I went to install the app, I discovered that it was already installed from my purchase of another Tineco appliance. All I had to do was add the new item and connect it to my network. The one thing I wish had been included was actual instructions for using the cleaner. I wasn't sure how long I should go over the area being cleaned with the cleaning and dry functions. I decided to try it out on a section of our hallway that has gotten wet a couple of times due to an underground gutter drain line getting plugged up. Mixing 2 capfuls of cleaning fluid with water in the clean water tank is all it takes to be ready to clean. I went over the area several times with the cleaning function. The display on the cleaner shows how much dirt it senses. When I could see that the pattern cut into the carpet was standing up again and the dirt sensor began to show little dirt sensed I switched to dry mode. The dry mode senses how much moisture is present in the carpet and displays it on a bar graph. I used the dry mode until the area I cleaned registered between 50% and 20%. I came back a couple of hours later and the carpet was dry to the touch and looked great. I could tell the difference in the cleaned area (which had been wet) and the area where I stopped (which had not been wet). I'll attack the rest of the hallway this weekend. The knap was standing up, the dirt gone, and the pattern was much more visible in the area I used the cleaner on. I was surprised at the amount of dirt that came out of the dirty water tank as I thought I was just attacking water damage. While I haven't had a chance to fully explore the many features of this cleaner, it has done a great job on what I have used it for. It is super lightweight and maneuverable compared to the rentals I have used in the past. We had another home carpet cleaner years ago and ended up giving it away due to it's being temperamental. This one is a keeper!

Tineco continues to impress me with their innovative cleaning products. The Tineco Carpet One complete smart upright cleaner has completly changed the way we clean our carpets at home. Previously you would have rent a clunky carpet cleaner or settle for a basic carpet cleaner from another well known cleaning brand however Tineco has taken the guess work out of cleaning your own carpets. In the box you will find the carpet cleaner, a 2 in 1 nozzle, an 8 foot accessory hose, the brush roller and the cleaning solution. The initial setup is easy using the Tineco app. I already has the app installed since I own another Tineco product so all you have to do is add a device in the app and it provides step by step directions for the setup. As Tineco claims the features on the cleaner really do make it smart. The motor in the Carpet one is very powerful and fairly quiet. Like Tineco's other floor cleaning products the cleaner features a sensor that adjusts the cleaning power suction and water released based on how dirty the carpet is. You can just watch the colored ring on the display change from red to blue indicating a clean surface. It is great that you no longer have to press a trigger to release the cleaning solution because like most people I would over estimate and unnecessarily soak the carpet leading to long dry times. The carpet one also keeps the water warm so you no longer have to fill the tank with hot water. The amount of water that gets extracted from the carpet is much greater with the Tineco carpet one than with my previous green carpet cleaner. The dry mode then is able to detect how dry your carpet is using the sensors in the Carpet One so there is no guesswork when determing if its safe to put your furniture back. You can use the 2 in 1 nozzle and the 8 ft hose to clean upholstery or your stairs if they are carpeted. I was able to clean the carpet in my car and never realized how dirty it was until I emptied out the dirty water tank. You won't realize how much dirty is embedded into your carpets even if you vacuum with the best vacuum on the market. The Tineco carpet one does a great job refreshing your carpets and it looks good while doing it. Even though the Tineco carpet one is much more expensive than most at home carpet cleaner on the market it does a much better job at cleaning than most. I would highly recommend this product

This carpet cleaner is one of the best I have ever used so far. I have yet to find a problem with it. It was very easy to setup and connect to wifi. The instructions were very clear on how to use the machine. I vacuumed the floor before using and I couldn't believe how much dirt the carpet cleaner was still able to lift. The auto feature is very neat, along with the other features of the machine. I'm overall very satisfied with this machine. I will say that the machine itself does use quite a bit of water, but with the cleaner they give you it's enough to be able to clean a 2000+ square foot house with one container. One of the really neat things about the machine is the voice prompts. This is not the first Tineco product I've owned, but this is by far my favorite product of theirs. Everything is super simple to take apart and clean, it does come with attachments for furniture which make cleaning a breeze. Everything is very simple it does not require a lot of effort to use, or clean.
