As you experienced, the S3 not only washes but also vacuums at the same time for faster cleaning results. The battery life on the S3 is up to 35 minutes of continuous runtime. It also features Tineco’s iLoop Smart Sensor Technology that senses dirt and debris, optimizes suction which maximizes runtime and saves on the battery life. Thank you for the feedback regarding the clean and dirty water tanks. Tineco wanted to keep the S3 as lightweight as possible which is one of the reasons for the smaller tanks but as with any floor cleaner, the tanks will need to be changed during use depending on the size of the room you are cleaning.
