Amazing vacuum/mop! Battery life is great and power is outstanding

This is a great vacuum. Only uses liquid so no mode for just vacuum. Not a problem and in fact it cleans better this way. Solidly made. No complaints.

I like it but I had it since Nov 2022 and now it will not charge! Apparently that is an issue that I didn't know

I spent $400 on this in Oct 2022. Didn't use much, maybe once every couple weeks in a small area...never enough to run battery low. Worked great. UNTIL April 2023, 6 months after I purchased. I used in a larger area, and ran until battery died. Put it in charging station, couldn't get it to charge. Called Tineco support, and was going to send it back for warranty repair but I didn't have the box and was trying to figure out how to package it. It randomly charged, so I decided that it must've been a fluke. Again, used in small areas and did not run the battery low until September 2023. Used until battery died one day, and haven't been able to get it to charge since. Cleaned all parts of connectors with alcohol, and can't figure out the issue. It will say it's charging for about 20 seconds, then stop. I've been trying everything for over a month now and can't get it to charge past 3%. Ridiculous amount of money to spend for junk. While trying to troubleshoot, have seen many other complaints about this issue. Very frustrated and disappointed. Not worth the money or hassle.

This is great for hardwood and tile floors. It really takes its time to clean up a stain and it tells you when you should empty your tank and self clean.

I like the fact that it is small and light and suctions really good very powerful leaves my floor shiny

I love it! It picks up literally everything. I wish the container to put the cleaning solution in could be a little bigger to hold more, but other than that works great.

Love the vacuum. It was between the s3 extreme or the s5 extreme but I eventually decided to get the s3 because with a $200 gc and combined with points, (plus it was on sale for $269 when i ordered) it was a better option to buy at $20 vs the $95 that i would have paid for the s5. The only downside about the vacuum is that it doesnt have the Edge cleaning feature that the s5 does.
