Love this product! Cleans my vinyl plank floors perfectly. One thing it does not get close to the edges to clean, but it saves me time and that’s a plus.

It’s nice and gets the job done but you have to refill it multiple times. Better for small surface coverage.

It does a great job cleaning my tile floors. My tiles look like boards and there are tiny grooves which have been a pain to get clean

Worked great for about 5 months. Then the electronics started glitching telling me to start self cleaning even though it was currently in use and then it stopped releasing water all together. I spoke with Best Buy and Tineco customer service did all the diagnostic things they requested to no avail and all they were willing to do was have me ship it in for repair. These machines cost way too much for them to break before they’ve even reached their 6 month mark. Don’t waste your time, there are better options available.

I use this everyday. I love it but the only down side is it doesn’t get close to baseboards

Wife loves this thing makes cleaning up much easy and fast. And it really leaves no streaks on tile nor hard wood.

This was recommended by our dog rescue members as it is a huge time saver for cleaning dog hair covered floor! So glad we chose this wet/dry vacuum.

Small, nimble, and effective. Just what I needed to keep up with all the messes my kids leave behind.

I was hesitant about spending this much money on this but it was worth every penny. I have read the bad reviews and their claims to me are not a priority. “The voice is too loud.” To me it isn’t bad. “The filters have to take 24 hrs before next use.” It comes with two of each filter, I just rotate them out. The only thing I wish I could fix was the gaps that are between the wall and device. It won’t mop about an inch and a half next to the wall.

I had a cross wave. When it was damaged I decided to try this. I LOVE IT SO MUCH MORE THAN OTHER ONE. it’s self propelled and easy to use.

After seeing so many people brag about this vacuum I finally decided to give it a try. The first few weeks were exciting but after the excitement wore off I really started to notice the suction isn’t all that great, having to go over the same place at least 7 times for it to pick something up. I am 9 months in and unfortunately already had a “motor failure” and currently working with Tineco to have it repaired

I love the vacuum for a quick cleanup. It’s not something I would use as a deep cleaner. But it’s nice for a quick clean up after kids spills.

I LOVE this machine. It really gets the floors clean with minimal effort and extreme ease. The vacuum suction is superior. I have 2 robotic vacuums that I thought were doing a great job. Boy did I see a HUGE difference when using this. I highly recommend this product.
