Based on your description, it seems that you’ve encountered issues with parts breaking and find the cleaning and maintenance process of the vacuum to be more cumbersome than the actual cleaning it provides. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time.
