    Smells awful! Both the cleaning water and dirty water canisters deveoped a horrible smell after a few uses that doesnt go away. Then leaves the smell on the floors. Stopped suctioning up the water after having about a year. Regret this purchase and do NOT recommend. Save your money!!

    I wanted to love this mop because I see people raving about it but it is aweful. It constantly stinks despite regularly cleaning it and allowing it to dry separated. Now, only 1 year later, the mop hardlt cleans and routinely drops dirty water all over my floor. I will never trust Tineco again. This price point should definitely laat a lot longer than the few months it cleaned properly.

    Doesnt suck up dog hair so it constantly gets stuck in the brush roller . Constaltly leaks water on the floor. Suction mode still makes the floor wet when its not meant to. Self cleaning mode is okay

    Cleans great when it actually works

    It was great for the short time it worked. Now it will not finish the kitchen in one attempt even if I sweep and mop first. It continually says to clean dirty water tank or debris channel, even when the tank is empty and the channel is clean. I have scrubbed it completely and it still doed the same thing. Unfortunately im stuck with it because bestbuy says its not returnable even though it only worked for about 2 weeks.

    Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She wanted the ifloor 3 but after doing some research and reading reviews I went with this one. She loves it. Works perfect for our Vinyl and Ceramic flooring.

    Great little machine. It has a sensor tells you how clean/ dirty the floor is, and it sometimes detects dirt that is not visible on my floor so I know to spend more time there.

    I didn’t like it much.. I used to mop with shark steam mop before I bought this. I like it that it reduces the time, however it doesn’t clean the floor as steam mop does. It has very strong odor on the mop.

    Terrible Streaks

    I really love the idea of this vacuum but it leaves terrible streaks on my tile (wood looking) floor. It’s almost unusable.
