Cleans great when it actually works

Now it will not finish the kitchen in one attempt even if I sweep and mop first. It continually says to clean dirty water tank or debris channel, even when the tank is empty and the channel is clean. I have scrubbed it completely and it still doed the same thing. Unfortunately im stuck with it because bestbuy says its not returnable even though it only worked for about 2 weeks.

Constaltly leaks water on the floor. Suction mode still makes the floor wet when its not meant to. Self cleaning mode is okay

I love it so much! It is less messy and it uses a lot less of the cleaning product. Would buy again over the Crosswave if given the choice.

It has a sensor tells you how clean/ dirty the floor is, and it sometimes detects dirt that is not visible on my floor so I know to spend more time there.

I love that I can vacuum my hard floor and mop at the same time. It uses minimal water so drying time is relatively fast. You an also see that it works based on how murky the water is when you dump it. That’s the most tedious part. You have to dump the water after each use and then after allowing it to self clean. That’s the most annoying part of using it. But it’s worth it.
