Terrible..
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought 2 in the past month and they both stopped working in 2 uses, the last one I bought today and it didn’t even work at all. I think it’s a bad batch both were purchased at Best Buy in New Orleans area.

We didn't get to use it right away because my wife was ill. WE did use the Vacuum 2-3 times where we noticed that the suction was not very good because of it not touching the floor completely and it also did not pick up smaller participles (Ex: shredded paper that may fall on the group) Additionally, there IS STREAKING so it's not cleaning as thoroughly as expected and it smells very bag even after you clean/dry everything out. Best Buy was not very helpful with this process as it passed the return date and tineco did not want to respect their warranty coverage. Highly disappointed.

I used to mop with shark steam mop before I bought this. I like it that it reduces the time, however it doesn’t clean the floor as steam mop does. It has very strong odor on the mop.

Waste of Money

It constantly stinks despite regularly cleaning it and allowing it to dry separated. Now, only 1 year later, the mop hardlt cleans and routinely drops dirty water all over my floor. I will never trust Tineco again. This price point should definitely laat a lot longer than the few months it cleaned properly.

I still always have to broom because it doesn’t clean about two inches or so away from my walls. And if I don’t broom. It gets clogged super fast. The constant cleaning out for me doubles my job.

Terrible Streaks
