I contacted customer service and they said to send it to them and they will fix it. The app says motor repair. I’m thinking expensive item. I will let you know what happens but so for it worked great when it worked. I have used it specifically according to the directions and even swept before using. I hope this is resolved soon.

It worked great while using it. However Used this product for less than a month and it stopped charging, lights won’t turn on, it does nothing. Warranty takes weeks to respond or make any suggestions. Best Buy won’t take it back because it’s passed their two week return window. Beyond disappointed!!

Great vacuum

It’s not even turned on and it’s totally random. This happened also after I was using it and I turned the power off and the brush kept spinning and wouldn’t stop. I have no idea what’s going on with it. I dint know if it’s defective or what. I’d give it more stars if it weren’t for this problem, cuz it works great.
