So this is my 3rd Tineco. The only reason I purchase this one is because my previous one was a challenge to buy new mop head parts. According to support it was dc’d. So this one works great, the vacuum is awesome and its cleans well. My ONLY complaint when compared to my previous Schmop(sweep/mop) :) is that after the self-Clean it does not dry it. The fast Dry was awesome with that option.

I love this machine, its not too loud, its fast, easy to clean and it very light to handle and I love the self cleaning option. I recommend it!

This is the absolute beat product I've ever purchased. I'm a nurse and clean house as a living. After purchasing mine, I did a deno with mine and 2 of my customes purchased there own. Love this floor cleaner. I've had it for about a year now and use it several times a month. It does a great job cleaning and drying LVT. Also picks up pet hair great. I wash the brushes every few uses so they are always fresh.

Hi everyone wanted to share I really liked this tineco product i have 7 cats and they make a mess this product is quick and convenient. I recommend this product 100%. I previously purchase a shark mop vac and was a waste of money. This tineco is so much better. Also the charge lasts pretty long as well.

This has completely changed how I clean my floors. With kids at home, there’s always a mess, but now I can vacuum and mop at the same time, which saves me so much time. The self-cleaning feature is amazing — I just press a button and it takes care of itself. It feels effortless to use, and my floors look clean and fresh every time. Ok, so I NEVER do this but for this product, I just had to. I sweep daily because I live on a dirt road and mop like every other day, thanks to my lovely dog and allergies. I did not realize I was not doing enough until I purchased this product. The amount of filth it picked up was quite embarrassing, to say the least. Besides that, walking barefooted never felt so darn good. I was a skeptic (I really was) but using this for the first time did it for me. Definitely don’t regret my purchase at all. Totally ready to toss the mop and broom for good. Thank you ❤️!

This product is excellent for cleaning, you can wash the floor. Very easy to used

Light and easy to maneuver. Cleans really well. Love that this model automatically plugs in on the base vs. previous model that you had to plus in. I highly recommend you keep up with cleaning the water tanks and the cleaning brushes to keep the smells fresh. If you don’t it can start smelling like mildew. Also keep the base clean as well. Like anything else, it still requires maintenance. Not a set and forget type of thing.

Very good at mopping on surface level, picking up spills, stains, hair and dust. Very easy and intuitive to use, and to charge. The self clean function is very handy, as are the extra brushes. Having this makes cleaning easier and more likely something you'll do regularly. Only problem for me is that I needed something with a bit more intense of a scrubbing and not just mopping function, because I have annoying linoleum floors. The steam function on the S5 seems like it might do the trick for deeper cleaning, but I balk at upgrading and paying even more.

When we got our puppies, I was worried about keeping the floors clean, especially when they were shedding. I am sooo happy I decided to get this 3 in 1 tool. I can vacuum and mop my entire apartment in under 30 min! Depending on how dirty my floors are, I might have to add more water and solution a second time, but typically, once is all I need. Many other reviews have complained about the roller getting a moldy smell, but I haven't experienced that. After mopping, cleaning the dirty water tank, and running the self-cleaning cycle, I take the roller out, rinse it under hot water, and then dry it in the sun. Overall, I LOVE this tool and it has made my life so much easier and helped keep my floors clean despite 3 kids and 2 dogs!!

Great cleaning quality but a little hard because it moves by itself straight but overall very good and efficient

Never going back to a traditional mop ever again. This actually makes mopping the house kind of fun. I had a steam mop before and this is way better. Does a great job and makes mopping the house a lot faster.

Bought this after a few people told me about this. I love it. Easy to use and cleans my floors great. It’s so light and easy to handle that I clean my floors almost nightly.

The fist time I used this mop/vacuum, I could not believe how dirty my hardwood floors were. I had to dump the dirty water basket so many times. Walking barefoot on the floor felt totally clean. The only thing I wish was different is the battery life. I am hoping as I use it and keep the floors clean and the max clean doesn't come on so often the battery will last longer. I would purchase this product again. No regrets.

Picks up the dirt and mops leaving a fairly dry surface for quick drying. Tip: be sure to take apart the filter and dirty water tank to dry fully before storing to prevent smells. I would buy again.

I just moved in to a new house. I initially swept up the floor with a broom thinking I got everything. Then i saw my feet every day and was confused I went out and purchased the S3. It will suck up so much dirt and dust that you will think that it's got some dye in the water. You can control the level of suction and spraying. It's quite easy to do on the app. Plus the self clean is great. Just make sure to empty the dirty water immediately or else all the dirty water collected will start to stink something epic.

while it does a good job cleaning floor as long as you go slow but do not expect to edges of floor. It does clean good with minimal water and leaves floors just slightly wet.
