My floors have never been this clean. Now with that said, there are some cons. The water tank is way too small. You will have to stop and fill it at least once while you are cleaning your floors. Same with the dirty water tank. Other than that, clean up is sooo much more appealing now!

As you experienced, the S3 not only washes but also vacuums at the same time for faster cleaning results. The battery life on the S3 is up to 35 minutes of continuous runtime. It also features Tineco’s iLoop Smart Sensor Technology that senses dirt and debris, optimizes suction which maximizes runtime and saves on the battery life. Thank you for the feedback regarding the clean and dirty water tanks. Tineco wanted to keep the S3 as lightweight as possible which is one of the reasons for the smaller tanks but as with any floor cleaner, the tanks will need to be changed during use depending on the size of the room you are cleaning. BEST VACUUM EVER!

Between a toddle and shedding dog, the house was always dirty and regular mops didn’t cut it. But now with this vaccum/mop it’s so easy and stress free to clean the house without torture, less time and efficiently. I wish I found it sooner.

Time saver when it works, which isn't long

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to try to save time with my cleaning as most of my home is covered in wood or laminate floors. Much to my delight, this machine did a good job of sucking up dust and debris as well as leaving my floors a lot cleaner than a conventional vacuum as it would mop while I vacuumed. Fast forward 3 months and maybe like 10 uses and this thing suddenly starts to say that the dirty water tank is full and needs cleaning even when it's been cleaned. I went through all the troubleshooting, cleaning, etc and nothing helped to resolve the issue. I contacted customer service and they said that since it was under warranty that they would repair but I would need to ship it to their facility. After digging up a large enough box and going through the trouble to ensure the vacuum was bubble wrapped and secure so it wouldn't be damaged in transit, I waited for the repaired unit to be returned to me. Well, they did return it to me, relatively quickly considering it was during the holidays but the problem was that it came back in the exact same state in which I had sent it to them, broken. Now I'm having to jump through hoops to try to get a new vacuum because it seems evident to me that a vacuum that breaks within 3 months of purchase and still doesn't work after being "repaired" is probably a lemon. So far, the only resolution I've gotten from them is to continue to send back this machine for repair, accept a different refurbished unit, or take a partial refund in which they'd deduct some amount to account for my use. Don't buy this vacuum unless you really enjoy packing and unpacking items in boxes.

It's very quiet and picks up very well. I can't more than wow. I'm so glad I went for this vaccum. I was undecisive between the cordless bissell or the Tineco. I can say the Tineco won me because of the high tech feautures. I have a a three bedroom two bathroom home and the battery is able to last all the way through and still have about 48 percent left to vacuum more areas. Self cleaning is very nice as well. Real happy with my purchase!

LOVE LOVE LOVE

Everyone should experience the convenience of this little machine. We have 3 dogs and two children and my husband is a landscaper so dirty floors are constant here. This vacuum has been a game changer it’s convenient easy to use and does the job of my mop and bucket and broom at the same time. It’s not as good on spills that have had time to settle in on a floor but for everything else it’s perfect and easy to clean.

It didn't just eliminate our previous mop, it's taken the place of our cordless vacuum as well. It handles the kids and pet messes very well and is pretty simple to clean,

Legit BEST THING EVER!

Hands down the BEST investment. The amount of dirt this picks up is insane. Leaves my laminate floors looking fresh and clean. The only drawl back is that the water tank and reservoir are a bit on the small side. Just requires more fillings. I have a 1100 square foot house and takes me about 2-3 fillings to do my whole house. Honestly, its not a big pain because this thing is AWESOME! Get you one.. you will not regret it!

Cleans well
