Love this vacuum mop!! Works beautifully. I was just pregnant and couldn’t mop or sweep but this makes closing our floors so easy! We just recently started having problems with it continuing to prompt “ clean dirty water tank” but we’re trying to get it figured out. Or else I would give 5 stars.

I love this machine. I have not downloaded or used the App, so I am not sure how that works, but this floor cleaner works well without it, which I appreciate. The tank is small, but I use it every day, so the floor stays clean and I can easily clean up without having to dump the tank until the end. The battery also lasts for the cleaning. I would highly recommend the convenience of this floor cleaner.

Great vaccum, but the mop roller holds a certain stench. I also dont know how accurate the dirty to clean lights are, but it definitely does the job! I would have never thought my floors were that dirty! Ive cleaned them 3 times in a row and im still trying to clean them until the water runs clear. It takes about 4 hours to fully charged and the battery depletes within an hour, but id still buy it again.

Works well in all modes, but particularly on solid floors that need mopping and cleaning simultaneously.

This is my second Tineco cleaner. Had one for my lower floor that I loved already and once I got the main floor carpet removed and flooring put it I had to have another! Highly recommend!!

Great cleaner but the tank is really small maybe make em bigger on the newer model

Best vacuum mop I’ve ever owned. Works amazing. 35 mins is enough time for me to mop my 1400 sq ft home. The smart feature is a bonus. It does have the self clean feature but I still hand wash the brush since it still has a smell even after the self clean.

No more mop and bucket to clean the floor . Easy to use. Vacuums as it mops . Convenient for a spill . No need for paper towels when something is spilled . Just use this mop vac to suck up the spill . Easy to empty and clean this unit .

The weight of the unit is very manageable and doesn't feel like a cheap built machine. The suction power is great. The floor washing rollers seem to work very well. All around I would say this is a great product.

This is a great investment that will help you mop your house in a timely manner. Easy to use and do the job tirelessly. Had many mop vacuum before but this one stand out and help us save time and have a clean home.

Very happy with this purchase however wish the water tanks clean and dirty were bigger as the dirty fills very fast and the clean empties very fast but outside that works awesome.

Wife was looking at these at sister in laws house, we ended up trying theirs out and was super impressed with it, so with a newborn at home i got her the S5 and its beyond as advertised so far we are very happy with it.

Water chamber too small. Would recommend getting a model with a larger water chamber. Otherwise excellent.

This vacuum mop is great. I typically run it on automatic mode. It brings up debris on our hard floors and if they’re rough spots it’ll adjust the pressure needed. Only draw back is the tank needs refilled and emptied while in use, battery also runs out quickly.

I purchased this to try to save time with my cleaning as most of my home is covered in wood or laminate floors. Much to my delight, this machine did a good job of sucking up dust and debris as well as leaving my floors a lot cleaner than a conventional vacuum as it would mop while I vacuumed. Fast forward 3 months and maybe like 10 uses and this thing suddenly starts to say that the dirty water tank is full and needs cleaning even when it's been cleaned. I went through all the troubleshooting, cleaning, etc and nothing helped to resolve the issue. I contacted customer service and they said that since it was under warranty that they would repair but I would need to ship it to their facility. After digging up a large enough box and going through the trouble to ensure the vacuum was bubble wrapped and secure so it wouldn't be damaged in transit, I waited for the repaired unit to be returned to me. Well, they did return it to me, relatively quickly considering it was during the holidays but the problem was that it came back in the exact same state in which I had sent it to them, broken. Now I'm having to jump through hoops to try to get a new vacuum because it seems evident to me that a vacuum that breaks within 3 months of purchase and still doesn't work after being "repaired" is probably a lemon. So far, the only resolution I've gotten from them is to continue to send back this machine for repair, accept a different refurbished unit, or take a partial refund in which they'd deduct some amount to account for my use. Don't buy this vacuum unless you really enjoy packing and unpacking items in boxes.

Very good machine, cleans very well and notifies you when the battery and water is low.

Love love love this machine! Just last week one of the kids dropped a plate and sauce spattered everywhere. Everyone else was stressing about it but I quickly got up with a smile on my face and in two seconds the mess was cleaned up. It's so easy to use and will talk to you if the water needs to be changed or more cleaning water needs to be added.

I like the product overall. Cleans nicely, it could have longer battery use. Containers for clean and dirty water could be bigger so you don't have to fill them up or clean all the time.

This devicr does a fantastic job cleaning my tile floors. Its great because cleaning one small section isnt a chore of bringing out a a kip and bucket and loading it up. I juat pull this thing out and do a quick cleaning and im done. My only complaint is how small the water revisor is.

I use this with my vacuum robot and my floors stay spotless! It’s so nice to have something that vacuums and mops at the same time. It’s very user friendly and easy to break down and clean
