Easy set up the wifi app is very handy letting you know the current status of the water tanks and cleaner. I have had 6 other electric mops from robots to handheld and this is by far the best!! It cleans up the dirt and sticky messes in one swipe and drys in mins.

Very easy to use. Very easy to clean. All pieces come apart for drying as well. Self cleaning cycle works well as is very easy to use. Def recommend this cleaner.

This product is amazing! I can mop my whole 3,100 square foot home on a single charge. I do fill up the water container once during this time.

My house is just under 1300sqft. I can easily get the entire house with one charge. If you have long hair pets you're going to be emptying that disposal tank constantly. I have a short hair dog, and i need to empty between 2-3 times. Cuts mopping and sweeping in half, and I definitely clean more often now. For big messes, it's just easier to clean the chunky parts up by hand. Keep in mind whatever you suck up you have to clean out. ALWAYS clean out disposal tank because it will smell.

I’m giving it four stars because today I went to do my mopping and it’s not charged and will not charge. Let’s see what happens with the warranty. We bought it in April so it’s only five months old. If I had written this review yesterday, I would say I absolutely love it! It’s a tiny bit of a pain to clean because we have two dogs that shed but that is to be expected. I think it does a wonderful job. That being said, now I’m looking for one that could get under the bed and I think I’m going to upgrade to a different brand.

I really thought this would be something that just replaced the Swiffer rather than my actual mop but….. This thing has blown me away! It’s so quick and easy I do it every few nights, my floors have never been so clean. The self clean works great and the battery does all 1100sqft of my tile in auto mode with over 50% still remaining. Just buy it!

I purchased this device on sale from the Best buy app. It runs circles around the old vacuum cleaner that I had. Great for hard floors.

Good as a mop, not really for main vacuuming. I have a cat and this made it really gross to get the wet cat hair from the water tank. I just wish it was smart enough to separate water from debris as I had to pick out the things I couldn’t flush. Also with the way that it’s built forget about getting corners, which is where all the dust bunnies hide. If you have enough patience to buy a separate vacuum and use this solely as a mop you will be happy, also surprised to see how gross your floors really are!

Not sure why I didn’t purchase this sooner! We have pets, heavy foot traffic, and people over constantly and this makes it so easy for clean up. I do wish the water tank was bigger but it’s not a deal breaker for me. Cleans so well and maintenance is a breeze!

Thought your floors looked clean till you use this. Supper easy to use and cleans better than a mop!

Got this a few months ago and overall I do like it and have no regrets. Its pretty amazing how much dirt is on an otherwise clean looking floor after emptying the tank. Battery life is very good. I do want to point out some negatives though. First, make sure to thuroughly clean and fully dry the dirty water tank after each use as mine started to smell pretty nasty after just a few cleans. Also, in my opinion a steam mop will do a better job of getting off ground in dirt on surfaces such as LVP and Lenoleum due to the added heat needed to deep clean. So in short, for daily or weekly cleaning of hard surfaces this tool gets the job done pretty well but make sure to clean and dry the tank along with keeping your expectations in check for floors that already have ground in dirt as this wont remove that.

This is a fantastic wet/ dry vacuum. The only issue is that I have had to repurchase this vacuum 2 times. Each time I use the vacuum for 1 year and then it has an error or issue. Thank goodness I have purchased the protection plan wash time and I am able to replace it. I have considered buying another brand but none of the other brands have this same functionality for the price. I recommend it but buyer beware and purchase the warranty plan.

With hardwood floors and pets, the Tineco has been so wonderful! I love how it cleans up dog food and other debris, it reaches around every corner perfectly. I do like to vacuum up the pet hair before I Tineco, it leaves my floors feeling and looking so clean. Its easy to clean and rise afterwards and I love the option for auto, it releases just the right amount of water. Hands-down this product has made my life easier and cleaner!
