Love this product it makes it easy and fast to clean I love how it really cleans great 2 in one so picks up and mops great and best product

Easy set up the wifi app is very handy letting you know the current status of the water tanks and cleaner. I have had 6 other electric mops from robots to handheld and this is by far the best!! It cleans up the dirt and sticky messes in one swipe and drys in mins.

Self cleaning feature is great It does an amazing job cleaning and polishing. The cleaner included does leave a bit of a haze Easy to use and get going with minimal instructions Lots of included accessories and extras Highly recommended

Great product, battery has a good charge. I like that it has a self cleaning feature.

Wife loves this thing for our kids and dog mess in the kitchen. Easy enough to handle that our 4 year old is starting to use it. Remember Self cleaning - isn't 100% self cleaning. You still need to remove the water tank and take the roller out once in a while to clean out. Make your husband do it. It can be yucky.

We love the Tineco. All the other steamers we had before just seemed to push the dirt around. This feels like it actually cleans our floors, which is especially nice with having pets.

I had high hopes for this. We have 3 dogs, 2 cats, and a toddler. I read a previous review saying it handles pet hair well. I cannot agree. If I use it daily, it’s fine. Every other day, still okay. If I go longer than that it cannot clean 2 small rooms without telling me to start self cleaning. The first time I used this, the self cleaning prompt continually sounded. We also live in a sandy area, which doesn’t help. I do believe it cleans the floors better than a mop and a bucket but it just isn’t worth $400 ( luckily I got this on a deep discount!). Other complaints: has left small puddles on occasion, especially on tile. Battery life is horrible. My house is 1000 sq ft and I only use it in 3 rooms and I easily take it to 80% with the self cleaning when I use it every other day. If I let it go longer than that the battery life gets lower so a bigger home would be difficult with this battery life. Personally, I think this is worth around $150 and wouldn’t recommend it unless it was on a big sale again. P

I dont know why there is some people talking about the suction is not strong, maybe they got a malfunction one, the one that we got works awesome, strong suction, cleans the dry dirts spots.

I love my Tineco Ease to use. 2 machines in one. Light to be carried all over the house and my floor looks clean and shine.

The Tineco Floor One S3 was made for busy people. I can't believe I've had hard wood floors without it this long. I am so happy with the vacuum & floor washer. It cleans the floors unbelievably clean (just check the dirty water) and then cleans itself and charges itself for the next time- all that & No Cord to mess with LOVE IT!!

Not sure why I didn’t purchase this sooner! We have pets, heavy foot traffic, and people over constantly and this makes it so easy for clean up. I do wish the water tank was bigger but it’s not a deal breaker for me. Cleans so well and maintenance is a breeze!

Works well in all modes, but particularly on solid floors that need mopping and cleaning simultaneously.

Amazing! Love how easy it cleans up after my drooling dog. I use it multiply times a day and happy that i don't have to sweep then mop because it does both at the same time!

I love this vacuum mop. It does a great job but it also easy to clean which is really nice. It is easy to use ans makes the chore of cleaning the floor so mich easier and quicker. I highly recommend this product.

Got this a few months ago and overall I do like it and have no regrets. Its pretty amazing how much dirt is on an otherwise clean looking floor after emptying the tank. Battery life is very good. I do want to point out some negatives though. First, make sure to thuroughly clean and fully dry the dirty water tank after each use as mine started to smell pretty nasty after just a few cleans. Also, in my opinion a steam mop will do a better job of getting off ground in dirt on surfaces such as LVP and Lenoleum due to the added heat needed to deep clean. So in short, for daily or weekly cleaning of hard surfaces this tool gets the job done pretty well but make sure to clean and dry the tank along with keeping your expectations in check for floors that already have ground in dirt as this wont remove that.
