The only thing I notice is that, when cleaning against the wall you have to vacuum sideways to get better results

Great wood floor cleaner

The auto clean feature is so fun and most importantly it’s very impressive how much dirt the machine picked up in the dirty water tank. Highly recommend if you have a lot of wood floors.

I actually just came on the Best Buy website to see when I purchase this because supposedly they have like some trade-in program or something. I’m like I gotta get rid of this thing it can’t handle my household with me and my partner together we have five dogs. I have a Roomba that goes around multiple times a day I also have a zip back and I also have the Tico. It does not get up against the side boards for like I wanna say about 1 inch from it I constantly have to undo the brush rollers from dog hair. I do the self clean out every time I use it sometimes I’ll do it twice. It was nice at first self-propelled in self dried and then the machine started leaking. It just went downhill real quick. I’ve had a few of the mop vacuum combos that have lasted me a long time and this one was the most expensive and I’m only a a few months in giving it a bad review, which I actually meant to do a couple of months ago.

Over the Moon for my new Tineco!!!

It's powerful enough to make you feel like it's self-propelled, it practically does the work for you. The only thing I would change would be the solution container. I wish it was bigger so I wouldn't have to refill it as often, but overall I'm very happy with my Tineco.

Good vacuum but need a warranty

The only issue is that I have had to repurchase this vacuum 2 times. Each time I use the vacuum for 1 year and then it has an error or issue. Thank goodness I have purchased the protection plan wash time and I am able to replace it. I have considered buying another brand but none of the other brands have this same functionality for the price. I recommend it but buyer beware and purchase the warranty plan.

I love my Tineco

I love how it cleans up dog food and other debris, it reaches around every corner perfectly. I do like to vacuum up the pet hair before I Tineco, it leaves my floors feeling and looking so clean. Its easy to clean and rise afterwards and I love the option for auto, it releases just the right amount of water. Hands-down this product has made my life easier and cleaner!

This thing works just like in the video. It really does 2 things at once. Takes so much time off of cleaning. Really gets the floor clean. Does not get floor super wet, so dries fairly quickly. And this thing cleans itself y’all!! I have 4 cats and a dog In the house and all vacuums I’ve had, the roller gets clogged with hair constantly. But my roller looks brand new after the self cleaning cycle. AMAZING. The only issue I have is it sucking up stuff close to the baseboard. But I’ve never had a vacuum that was super good at that anyway. Do yourself a favor. Oh, and my floors are laminate.

I wish the water tank was bigger though as it needs more water frequently. And the brushes start to smell horribly if you forget to air them out.
