Absolutely amazing!

I did ALOT of research on this Tineco model comparing them to all the other mop/vacuums on the market. Time and time again this Tineco came out on top. It is amazing! We have hardwood and ceramic tile throughout our home and I am always amazed at just how much this thing picks up and how dirty the water is when I’m finished. My floors look incredible! Better than any sweeping and mopping I’ve ever done. If you’re on the fence, just buy it. You’ll be thrilled too!

Lifesaver

This has been a LIFESAVER, especially when tracking dirt is hard to minimize. The dirt indicator makes me feel confident that I got the spot well and limit the amounts of passes needed. The self cleaning feature has made it so it completely replace other products that may take steps to start cleaning again

Perfect Mop!

It does a great job in catching debris that one wont know it was there. You have to get comfortable cleaning it immediately after use and dispose water. It always amazes me how much dirt on the floor when I thought it looked clean! I use it on hard wood and had no issues!

My wife had been watching videos of the Boswell Crosswave and others similar to this on Tiktok all year and I kept getting videos sent to me. I started reading into it and it seemed like this was usually rated better by people who had got to use both. It picks up more dirt and doesn’t leave any residue behind if you do a paper towel test after a pass. She is ecstatic and has been cleaning our whole house. I will admit our hardwood floors have never looked better.

This thing is amazing!

It takes off in an almost self propelled lawnmower style fashion and the auto sensing feature is truly amazing. No streaks and always gets up the water well. My only complaint is that there is about a one Inch area around the entire mop part that is just casing. This means you have a once Inch gap between what was mopped and not if you try to go up against a wall.

I would normally put off cleaning a floor until it was really necessary because of the drudgery of it. This machine I use nearly everyday, because it's so easy and only takes a few minutes. I always have clean water in it and ready, so all I have to do it grab it and the floors get vacuumed and cleaned at the same time. I would never go back to the old way again.

The disconnect between the phone and in person customer service is unbelievable. The lack of full 5 year warranty coverage on ALL items purchase at best buy under the very expensive annual membership makes it useless.

Not complicated to install or to clean. Instructions are provided
