We’ve had the Bissell CrossWave for the pass three years and lately it’s become a hassle to use. The is an amazing upgrade. Its cordless which makes it so much easier for little messes. It also leavrs the floor so dry i dont. I dont have to worry aboit my little ones falling while the floor droes.

This is a time savior. I can clean all the floors in my house in one hour.

Best Christmas ever. My wife had been watching videos of the Boswell Crosswave and others similar to this on Tiktok all year and I kept getting videos sent to me. I started reading into it and it seemed like this was usually rated better by people who had got to use both. It picks up more dirt and doesn’t leave any residue behind if you do a paper towel test after a pass. She is ecstatic and has been cleaning our whole house. I will admit our hardwood floors have never looked better.

This is a great clearner for spills that have just happened. There have been a few times we've missed some spills or spots from where the dog came in and I ended up having to use a wet cloth and cleaner instead. The floor washer had a hard time getting some of the tougher spills.

Great purchase. Cleans very well, only complaint is water gets dirty quick. But also shows that it’s doing deep cleaning.

All I can say is that my floors are clean and beautiful with almost no effort. I love it!!!!

My only regret is that we didn't purchase this sooner. We have a toddler, so when it's time to eat it is a mess on the floor to say the least. This has made cleaning up the floor 10 times easier. It is very efficient and does a good job. Our basement is hardwood floors too, and it cleans that well also. It is absolutely worth the money.

Only having to go over the same spot once is revolutionary! And no cord to keep you from reaching every spot in the house with ease.

I have 2 dogs, 2 kids and a whole lot of mess. This has been a LIFESAVER, especially when tracking dirt is hard to minimize. The dirt indicator makes me feel confident that I got the spot well and limit the amounts of passes needed. The self cleaning feature has made it so it completely replace other products that may take steps to start cleaning again

Been using this for a month and I am grateful to have purchased it. Easy to clean my floors with pets in my home. Love the self clean and docking use. Wish it had a bigger water reservoir otherwise it works great!

Easy to use, glides over my tile floors nicely and cleans well.

It's great product. It's cleaning the floor automatically with giving pressure by us. Auto cleaning the vacuum is a great feature.

This has really helped me cut down on cleaning time around the house. It takes off in an almost self propelled lawnmower style fashion and the auto sensing feature is truly amazing. No streaks and always gets up the water well. My only complaint is that there is about a one Inch area around the entire mop part that is just casing. This means you have a once Inch gap between what was mopped and not if you try to go up against a wall.

This new purchase is a huge time saver! So amazed at how clean our floors are. We love it. Easy to use and enjoying being barefoot. We have two dogs and it cleans up the pet hair.

I love this machine. It's been a life changer for me. I would normally put off cleaning a floor until it was really necessary because of the drudgery of it. This machine I use nearly everyday, because it's so easy and only takes a few minutes. I always have clean water in it and ready, so all I have to do it grab it and the floors get vacuumed and cleaned at the same time. I would never go back to the old way again.

This is a great sweeper/mop. We just got new LVP flooring and this does an exceptional job of cleaning it. Floors are clean and dry.

It is the perfect mop. It does a great job in catching debris that one wont know it was there. You have to get comfortable cleaning it immediately after use and dispose water. It always amazes me how much dirt on the floor when I thought it looked clean! I use it on hard wood and had no issues!

Excellent purchase for a family with young kids. Once meal time is over its a quick once over and onto other things!
