Great performance and hardwood floors are shiny!

I recently just replaced the carpet in my home with hardwood floor, and using this is 100% times better than using a microfiber mop with a manual spray. Vacuum Built 5/5: this is well built and sturdy. Nothing about this product says it’s made from cheap material. It’s heavy but not to make it uncomfortable. It is also cordless which I honestly didn’t think I would care so much, but it honestly is a great advantage. I don’t need to be plugging and unplugging. I love this! Battery 5/5: I have found that the battery does drop about 40% each time I use it, but fortunately my home is the right size where I have never had to stop a job midway because the battery died. I am satisfied with the battery performance because it meets my needs perfectly. Capacity 3/5: The only thing I wish it could do more if hold more water and formula because I do find that I need to stop in the middle of my cleaning to put more water and formula. The bin is small and so get used to filling it up at least once if you are cleaning an area of about 800sqft. Performance 4/5: It does an excellent job of making the floor shine and picks up minor dust and dirt. It will not completely replace your regular vacuum or traditional broom because it cannot take larger items, it is simply not made for that. If it was made for that then I would probably give it a 5/5. Another reason why it’s a 4/5 for me is that it can leave little marks on the floor and it’s noticeable that you have used the wet vacuum. I am okay with that, but if it left zero marks or tracks, it would be a 5/5. All in all, I am very happy with the product. It makes cleaning my house easier and I can get it done faster. Never owned a Tineco product, and I am very impressed with my first one!

I am working with the manufacturer and see if they will honor it. Otherwise it was not worth the money.

Poor battery life

You’ll get a year out of it.

You’ll still have a dirty floor but it’s wipes away things like foot prints and paw prints. Stopped charging at the one year mark and now it sits as a 400 dollar statue.

Vacuum will not charge

Wish I would of done more research. Never even got to fully use it. Vacuum would over exert itself and shut off, that went on for like 10 minutes until it died. Now the vacuum wont charge. Looked more into it. Seems to be a common problem but I cannot find a solution. The website says warranty doesnt apply because its not bought from tineco directly. Save your money and go with a different brand.

Wet mop/vacuum

Took it back and exchanged it for a new one. The new one is in the process of being shipped back and replaced. Kept going into auto self clean mode as soon as it was turned on. They are upgrading us to the S5 model with all the trouble

DON'T BUY IF YOU HAVE DOGS

I vacuumed my place first, then started to use this. It stopped 12 TIMES just in my kitchen telling me to clear the sensor. There was some dog hair, but not a lot. I'm guessing all the 5 star reviews are from non-pet households. I bought this to save time and it literally took forever to make it through my floors because of continually stopping to clear the sensor. Definitely NOT worth the money.
