Great vacuum

I do like it but…

It’s not even turned on and it’s totally random. This happened also after I was using it and I turned the power off and the brush kept spinning and wouldn’t stop. I have no idea what’s going on with it. I dint know if it’s defective or what. I’d give it more stars if it weren’t for this problem, cuz it works great.

Won’t work after a year

When I turn it on, it keeps prompting me to restart it or contact customer service. I’ve already followed multiple troubleshooting steps, including: • Cleaning the dirty water tank • Cleaning the port and filter • Ensuring all tanks are properly attached Despite all this, I believe the vacuum motor itself is not functioning — I don’t hear the usual suction noise when powering it on. Everything else seems to light up, but the suction doesn’t engage.

Not only does it clean muddy paw prints, but it vacuums the mud clumps and hair too!! Idk how I've lived without it for so long. Oh and the self-clean feature is so nice too!!

No Good

I did everything the manual said check inside clear it make sure nothing is stuck. Watch the YouTube tutorial. Make sure it was all cleaned up charged. It tried it for a third time and it kept turning itself off. Definitely has malfunctions that need to be looked at don’t waste your time.
