Defective

It only lasted me 6 months and is already falling apart. This was my second time purchasing a tone o floor washer because I wanted to it to work as expected.

Gave out after 3 months

Even when it was completely clean. Then a few days later it started making loud motor sounds. There is no way possible it was because of something I did. I take amazing care of this vacuum & make sure its always perfect when I am finished with it.

AWFUL

It BARELY sucks anything off the floor. It constant gets clogged from the smallest amount of dirt/hair/debris and shuts off and tells you to clean it. I will clean it 2 or 3 times just trying to vacuum my 850 square foot apartment… only the 2 bedrooms have carpet. Everything else is laminate flooring… it is the most frustrating thing that I can’t vacuum without it turning off before I can even finish. Do not waste your money. Please don’t.

Failure on the most basic level

That means if the 'dirt sensor' says its not dirty, then no spraying for you. So enjoy any E Coli/Influenza/Covid left on the floor surface because i can physically see a clear 'stain' on the surface and sit there vacuuming for 10 minutes without a drop of water. Just the dumbest thing ive ever seen in my life. IF they aquire an IQ over 70 and put a manu spray button on this, then it will be 5/5. But its only for light duty use anyway ao of u have any crud/old stains you find, ull have to manually scrub them before using this. Its more for keeping your already clean floors shiney.

Bad experience

When I took it for maintenance, they said they couldn't repair it without insurance. I've only had this machine less than a year ago. This is not an good machine.

Battery and charging issue

I had higher hopes
