    Cleans great but terrible battery

    We’ve owned this Tineco for a year now. At first it was really great, especially for an active household with 2 large dogs! Cleaning up their messes or dirty paw prints worked so well on tile, hardwood and LVP flooring. I use it about 2x a week. The biggest downside for me is the battery/charging. After 6 months I noticed it wouldnt last as long so I has to charge it twice to cover our house (1500sq ft). Now it’s to the point where it wont charge and gets stuck at 2%. No matter if I cleaned the dock or the vacuum itself or docked and re-docked the vacuum or tried another outlet, it is completely unresponsive to charging. We originally paid $400 and I really dont think its worth it for how little it lasted. Im really disappointed in this product as it cleans really well, it is just the battery/charging is terrible. I would have bought a corded one instead or a different brand if I knew how bad it was over time. Multiple Reddit threads on this same issue too.

    Lack of Customer Support

    I purchased 2 Tineco IFloor3 machines. I loved the first one so much I purchased a 2nd one. Well after 6 months the 2nd one broke and it took me 2 long aggravating weeks to get a label to ship the broken machine back for repair and then it took them 2 more weeks to ship it back. I did not check it out when it was returned as I was starting to have issues with my first machine. I wanted to identify all the issues and finally made a claim for repair on that one. Then I took the "repaired" one out and used it and found out was not fixed, So now have 2 machines not working. Then they stopped having a live person answer their phones. No way to contact them except for email. After weeks and weeks of trying I finally got them on a live chat. Then they finally agreed to send me replacement machines. Well I just used one of the replacement machines and it too is broken!! Have puddles of water all over my floors. Now they have gone silent and will not respond to my emails again. I would not purchase from this company. They have an F rating with the BBB for a reason.

    Horrible customer service

    I am so disappointed leaving this review as I LOVED this machine. I have seriously gotten at least 10 people to buy it. It lasted 2 years and recently broke and when I turn it on it says “contact Tineco customer service.” I take great care of my machine according to the instructions. I contacted Tineco for the last 3 weeks with NO response. I sent them all the required info and followed up at least 5 times. I highly do NOT recommend this company due to their terrible customer service (Tineco) and a machine this expensive is not worth it if it breaks after 2 years.

    Its a life saver helps so much works amazing but the probelm is its keep breaking down for no reason stop working so many problems within so little time of owning this product i and family and friends have break downs 6month to a year of buying it i hope they can make it last longer without any probelms in the future it would be the best money spent no regret

    Worst customer service and backing of warranty

    The company does not stand behind its warranty. The product comes with a 2-year warranty. My unit quit working 3 days after the two-year warranty mark based on the purchase date however, I didn’t receive the unit for almost a week so technically the product should have still been under warranty. The company would not budge. They offered a small discount on their repair service and then also offered a free roller brush (for a product that isn’t working). Buyer beware! The product doesn’t last more than two years.

    This will break in 18-26 months. If you're lucky, it will break prior to the 2 year warranty so they will fix it for the cost of shipping and it will last another 18 months. I will not purchase another Tineco, and would spend the money on a better quality brand.

    Battery Does Not Last

    This was my favorite mop for the first year, after that the battery life went down and would only run for 20 minutes or less on a full charge. It is now 2.5 years old and won't charge at all and time for the garbage dump. I paid $430 for it and expected more than one good year of use.

    Smells so bad no matter how well I clean it after use. Doesn't clean that well to be worth the frustration. Most of the hype is from online girlies getting comped- don't believe them!!
