Smart Cordless Mopping & Vacuum Machine.

I also use it on a steady hairless carpet & hard oriental rugs it was ok at all. The Machine Talks & the Cleaning Solutions smell fresh. The Customer Service was Great.

The idea and this product are great. This vaccum almost goes by itself, it helps a lot and faciliate the job. But the cleaning... I don't know how people do it, but anything I tried wouldn't keep the smell out of the rollers and the dirty water container. In the end, I couldn't get rid of the smell so I returned it within 2 weeks. Got a vaccum robot + cordless vaccum + Swiffer wet jet -- this is the best solution so far. Now this Tineco is great if you want one item that does everything and you can manage to somehow keep the smell out...

The only solution is to tape the gap. I keep getting water tank errors despite not using the water tank. That started fresh out of the box. For $300+ I would expect a gasket or better engineering to ensure that nothing leaks. I've yet to use the mop/washer feature. I would not be surprised if this was a previously returned item.

Its been about a year and a half now since purchase any everything seem to working fine. The one thing I would point out is that it needs to be very well maintained by cleaning the rolling brush after each use, any interior debris stuck needs to be manually cleaned regularly and be really delicate in handling to prevent running into error messages.

I mean if I got the tenico and didn’t like it I could always return it for a refund right? Uh no! I have been thoroughly impressed with the Tenico ifloor, the amount of dirt that it has brought off of my wood floors has shamed me so much lol I have wood floors and my house was built in 1910 and I’m pretty sure a lot of that dirt was from the 1910 era! Lol! Thank you for this amazing invention! But please do away with the woman talking in it because she’s getting on my nerves LOL!

The only downside is that the clean water dispenser is very small. I have to stop and refill at least twice before I’m done with the first floor in my house.
