The disconnect between the phone and in person customer service is unbelievable. The lack of full 5 year warranty coverage on ALL items purchase at best buy under the very expensive annual membership makes it useless.

Nearly perfect

I use it daily for simple messes and it’s perfect. The only thing I do t like about it is that it doesn’t work on hard to clean spaces such as my daughter spilled playdoh and a small bit got smooshed and won’t come off with the vacuum. But dog prints and shoe prints come up great.

If you have pets and children or just pets or just children this is a must have! Also saves my back from scrubbing the floors with a regular mop! Highly recommend!

What a machine!

We just installed LVP flooring and I wanted something that would save me time and get the job done and boy does this do it. Flooring was down for two days and the amount of crud it picked up off the floor along with pet hair (2 cats and 2 dogs) it got was impressive. I am so glad I made this purchase!

It's been amazing and cleans just like advertised. The self clean is a great feature but you still need to take the brush roller, lid cover and dirty water tank out and clean after each use. This takes less than 5 minutes.

The vacuum only made this one a deal breaker no brainer move. Wish it had a better reach under furniture is only down side to not make it a true one and done appliance.

Cleaning my floor has been a breeze and it cleans it so well. I used to clean my floors with the swifter wets on my hands and knees and the Tineco cleans it way better! Highly recommend it! I tell everyone about it. I got it on sale so it was even better.

Great alternative to mop

We have two young children’s and four dogs with lots of hair and dirt in our home. The floor feels great after using this. I still have to thoroughly sweep before using this. There is also a trade off of not dealing with the mop and bucket, but having to clean out the dirty water holder, the brush tray and debris catchers regularly during use. Maybe if you don’t have dogs it isn’t that much of a pain. Still time consuming but it serves a purpose. Doesn’t get into any corners and can only get so close to walls etc., so it’s not a great deep cleaner but great for regular upkeep. Doesn’t do well getting spots off the floor either, even on its max mode.
