I love it so much! It is less messy and it uses a lot less of the cleaning product. Would buy again over the Crosswave if given the choice.

It has a sensor tells you how clean/ dirty the floor is, and it sometimes detects dirt that is not visible on my floor so I know to spend more time there.

I love that I can vacuum my hard floor and mop at the same time. It uses minimal water so drying time is relatively fast. You an also see that it works based on how murky the water is when you dump it. That’s the most tedious part. You have to dump the water after each use and then after allowing it to self clean. That’s the most annoying part of using it. But it’s worth it.

It constantly stinks despite regularly cleaning it and allowing it to dry separated. Now, only 1 year later, the mop hardlt cleans and routinely drops dirty water all over my floor. I will never trust Tineco again. This price point should definitely laat a lot longer than the few months it cleaned properly.

Great combo but misses the edges

I used to mop with shark steam mop before I bought this. I like it that it reduces the time, however it doesn’t clean the floor as steam mop does. It has very strong odor on the mop.

We didn't get to use it right away because my wife was ill. WE did use the Vacuum 2-3 times where we noticed that the suction was not very good because of it not touching the floor completely and it also did not pick up smaller participles (Ex: shredded paper that may fall on the group) Additionally, there IS STREAKING so it's not cleaning as thoroughly as expected and it smells very bag even after you clean/dry everything out. Best Buy was not very helpful with this process as it passed the return date and tineco did not want to respect their warranty coverage. Highly disappointed.
