Wet mop/vacuum

Took it back and exchanged it for a new one. The new one is in the process of being shipped back and replaced. Kept going into auto self clean mode as soon as it was turned on. They are upgrading us to the S5 model with all the trouble

DON'T BUY IF YOU HAVE DOGS

I vacuumed my place first, then started to use this. It stopped 12 TIMES just in my kitchen telling me to clear the sensor. There was some dog hair, but not a lot. I'm guessing all the 5 star reviews are from non-pet households. I bought this to save time and it literally took forever to make it through my floors because of continually stopping to clear the sensor. Definitely NOT worth the money.

Won’t charge after 6 weeks of light use

Best Buy only gives you a 2 week window to return, so I am now dealing with Tineco directly. Im hoping for the best, but have not been impressed with their customer service so far

OK but not great

I would have returned but threw out the box. The first use was good, after that it kept telling me to clean the dirty water container even if it was already clean. Don't waste your money!

All around great floor cleaner
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve been using this for about two weeks and now and really wanted to put it through the paces before reviewing and I must say the Tineco passed everything I came up with. First impression was great. Easy to assemble and came with an extra roller, cleaning solution and an awesome docking station. The docking station was a nice touch as it keeps residual moisture (from use) off the floor, charges the unit and provides storage for everything. Run time...I get about 30 minutes per charge, the box says around 35 so no issues there. Recharges in a couple of hours. Has an LED display that is easy to read and makes operating it simple. Oh and it talks to you, battery use, bin getting full...it tells you everything. No issues at all cleaning my linoleum, vinyl plank flooring and hardwood. Did a really good job of getting all the water up and the floor dries in a matter of minutes. Handles pet messes with ease. Lightweight and super easy to move and control. My 7 yo loves to use it!! A must have for any home!!

Stick with simple solutions.

Super Smart Cordless Wet Dry Vac
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a mixture of tile and hardwood flooring in my home which presents a constant challenge to keep clean. Vacuuming alone may give you the appearance of clean floors but using a wet vac really shows you just how dirty your floors truly are. I have tried other multi surface floor cleaners but I was unfamiliar with Tineco until now. The Tineco Floor One S3 Extreme wet dry vacuum comes nicely packaged. In the box you find the S3, two extra brush rollers, one extra dry filter, a 9.5 ounce bottle of cleaning solution, a cleaning tool, power adapter, and charging / cleaning base. My first observations are the S3 looks amazing and is well made but the tiny bottle of cleaning solution is a bit of a disappointment. There is a Tineco app that you can download and install. It’s not required but it’s a nice app with a bunch of S3 status information. I do like that the S3 doesn't require much assembly. A roller brush and the filter is already installed in the Floor One. All you just have to do is easily pop on the handle and it’s ready for use other than doing the initial suggested full charging which takes about 4-5 hours. When you’re ready to use the S3 you simply add one capful of the cleaning solution to the clean water tank and then fill with tap water. This tank seems on the small side. Pressing the power button starts the S3 in Auto mode which automatically senses how dirty the floor is and adjust the suction and amount of cleaning solution accordingly. Press the mode button again the S3 switches to Max mode which is maximum suction and solution for deep cleaning. Another press on the mode button and you enter Suction mode. Here the unit only vacs up liquid and does not dispense cleaning solution. Using the S3 is a great experience. This thing is cordless so no wrestling with a power cord. It’s also quiet while doing it’s thing. It does rev up a bit when in Max mode but still much quieter than the competition. I love how evenly it dispenses the cleaning solution and suck it back up thoroughly without creating puddles. The S3 is really interactive as it cleans. It changes suction and solution amounts automatically as it detects dirtier areas on your floor. The display gives you visual feedback through the iLoop smart sensor ring which changes from red to blue as it picks up wet and dry messes. The S3 also has a voice assistant that gives you feedback when you switch modes and a ton of other prompts. I love this feature but I did have a bit of a hard time hearing the voice prompts while the unit was running. I definitely had a sense that the S3 was thoroughly cleaning my floors. The cleaning solution scent is very pleasant. The battery will last about 35 minutes on a full charge. I did run out of clean water and was prompted by the voice assistant. I do wish the tank was larger. Having to refill is a bit of a hassle. I was also prompted when the dirty water tank was full. Emptying the tank sure gives you a sense of how well the S3 works. The water was filthy from floors that appeared to be clean. I used the Floor One on hardwood and tile floors in my house. I found it more effective on hardwood. My tile floors have deeper and wider grout lines which the S3 didn’t seem to fully saturate and clean the grout line but the tile surface sure was clean. It actually picked removed dirt that the competition left behind the day before I tested the Tineco. When done cleaning your floor the S3 has another great feature which is its self cleaning mode. You simply place the S3 on the charging stand and make sure the clean water tank is full of water and the dirty water tank is empty. You then just hit the self clean button and the unit does a thorough cleaning process. The voice assistant tells you when it’s done. I was thoroughly impressed with the Tineco Floor One S3 Extreme. Highly recommended.

The worst item i bought on best buy.

The battery can not be charged within 8 months because of its quality issue. The ridiculous thing is I have to take the big machine to the FedEx store on this cold holiday season, and what I can get after this is a refurbished one; this means I paid the total price and will use a refurbished one and all of this is because of their bad quality.

Stopped working after few months

Contacting customer service, I learned that the motor may have gone bad. After a few emails back and forth with customer service, I was asked to pack and send the malfunctioning unit back to the manufacturer for a fix. Just waiting to see how Tineco would handle the repair job but very disappointed that the unit died within months.
