First week worked decent good for small unexpected messes does not have an issue with suction picks up kibble no problem and pet hair. Not great for older messes or stains. Always rec a self clean and now it always says the dirty water container is full even after wash. Now unable to clean as it shuts down when it thinks dirty water is full. Will be returning today for the price I was expecting a lot more . The item appears cheaply made.

Based on your description, it seems that while the vacuum’s suction was adequate for small, unexpected messes and pet hair, you experienced difficulties with older messes and stains, and the self-cleaning feature has become problematic due to the dirty water tank sensor malfunctioning.
For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time.
