    Have had this for over a year. Works okay doesn’t hold a lot of water. You’ll still have a dirty floor but it’s wipes away things like foot prints and paw prints. Stopped charging at the one year mark and now it sits as a 400 dollar statue.

    My excitement for the Tineco was at ultimate high by reading so many reviews and watching videos. I waited 3 months to get this vacuum just for the sensors to malfunction and tell me the dirty water tank is not on when it is. Call Tineco customer service line just for them to tell me to send it back to fix it since it’s a sensor issue. The representative that took my call didn’t understand me and DIDNT FREAKING BELIEVE ME instill I placed my phone near the vacuum and he heard what it was saying. Don’t be like me and waste $500 for a vacuum that only last a couple of weeks

    Vacuum will not charge

    Vacuum did not work right out of package. Wish I would of done more research. Never even got to fully use it. Vacuum would over exert itself and shut off, that went on for like 10 minutes until it died. Now the vacuum wont charge. Looked more into it. Seems to be a common problem but I cannot find a solution. The website says warranty doesnt apply because its not bought from tineco directly. Save your money and go with a different brand.

    The battery has a very low life when fully charged it doesn’t have the power that the bissell has.
