Battery no longer holds a charge a few days after warranty expired. Worked fine for the first year, second year the problems started. Now its a expensive reminder to get the bucket and a mop.

This machine doesn’t properly clean my tile floor. Wish it had different brush heads to get in between the grouts. Also, doesn’t clean the wood laminate floor correctly

Do not like this product. The mopping is terrible, leave streaks all over. I was unable to connect to WiFi, it says product unavailable. I regret my purchase, Dyson vacuum is better

Love this but it takes time to clean. Also leaves lines on the floor of the roller does not get cleaned well enough.

Using the mop function, it leaves tire marks so my dloor looks like i have lines running down them

I love Tineco but they need to find a solution for all the parts that can be affected by water. The charging port is an example

The good: - cleaning - While I wouldn't say this as strong as say, a shop vac, for daily usage and messes it actually does a pretty solid job. My household has 3 dogs and 3 birds, and all the mess that comes along with them. It's so nice to just be able to grab this little vacuum and tidy things up so we're not living in a pig pen. - battery - As long as I'm not spending a ton of time on one spot, the battery life has been decent in my testing. I've always had plenty of power to do all of the downstairs main areas and then some - kitchen, living room, dining room, etc. - ease of use - No cords and no external battery to deal with. Just pick it up off the charger (assuming it has solution) and it's ready to go. The roller pulls it forward, which aids in moving it (think self propelled lawn mower) but then also adds a scrubbing motion when you pull against it. Super light weight and easy to use. - charging stand - Though it does sit a little strangely balanced on the charging stand, I really appreciate being able to just pick it up and go. The base is also the shape of the bottom, so if there's any dripping it doesn't hit the floor. - included - extra rollers, filter cleaning solution and cleaning tool The bad: - audible messages - I found these to be a bit on the frustrating side. Difficult to understand when the vacuum is being used, and multiple "please clean dirty water tank" multiple times, even after it was removed and cleaned. Not exactly "bad" per se, but there aren't many negatives with this vacuum. Misc: - app - Not really sure what this is for. - smell - Just like any wet vac, it will start to smell if it's not cleaned and left to dry regularly. Overall: Overall I think this is a solid wet vacuum. Because of the menagerie that is my house, it sees constant daily use. I would not consider it a "biggest best clean" solution, but as a daily driver for keeping a constantly used area clean it does a pretty solid job in my opinion. 4 stars.

Bad Quality and workmanship on the vacuum. The bottom plate came off where it charges after only 3 uses. BEST BUY return policy ended within 2 weeks. tineco no help. No warranty. so 500 bucks for a defective vacuum.

I have owned the S3 model previously and looked for a combination vacuum and mop and this one hits all points. Where Dyson is the king of suction stick vacuums, Tineco is the king of mop/vacuums and their electronics are so intuitive and precise, it does the job and then some. This device has a screen actually showing you how dirty your floors are this device similar to the S3 works on wood and tile and cleans and suctions all of the dirt into a separate dirty water tank. The one issue I see with any of these mop vacs is that the dirty water tank still needs to be handled and emptied and you still have to physically pick out the hair and grime from the filter areas which is pretty nasty so they need to work on the design to allow the water to wash this away. The other issue I see with these mop/vacs is the fact you are restricted to using Tineco cleaning solution only which is kind of a pain and is not always easy to find except on Amazon. I dont mind buying it but you should be able to use any type of cleaning solution to clean. However the job this device does on your floors is beautiful and it works great. I like the ease of use and it includes three roller heads, a cleaning brush and a charging stand which also has voice activation, Wifi connection and it cleans the vac after every use.

Love the Tineco floor cleaner! I was hesitant on spending that much but it's worth it!

The Tineco Hard Floor cleaner is great for cleaning my hardwood floors. I was previously using a Swiffer, but it became costly after numerous uses. I then restored to using a microfiber mob and a spray water bottle. It worked well, but I got hand fatigue after pressing the water bottle handle numerous times. It got to the point where I didn’t want to clean the hardwood floors as often. I wasn’t sure how well this floor washer would to the job, but I was presently surprised. The manual and setup was very detailed, and the mobile app connected with no issues. When it asked to scan the bar code on the washer, I eventually found out that it’s located behind the water container. I had to remove the water container in order to see the barcode that’s taped onto the washer. It comes with a recommended cleaning solution, but you don’t really need it unless you’re dealing with stubborn dirt. I was able to clean my hardwood floors with warm water. While it uses, it has somewhat self propelled. Perhaps this is caused by the roller brushes. I wasn’t sure if it would dumb water onto the floor. I was glad to see that it lets a small amount on the floor’s surface. The water comes out when going in reverse, it appears that it vacuums it going foward. I kind of wish it was the other way around. Letting the water onto the surface as you move the floor cleaner forward, then vacuums it as you move it back towards you. I was able to clean 1,600 sq.ft. of hardwood floors in less than 20 minutes. Battery life is good too. I had over 70% battery left when I was done. It also has voice prompts but I keep it on mute. The voice prompts are a bit loud. Even when using the app and turning it down to 20%, it was still a bit too loud for my liking. Cleanup was easy. The removal of the floor brushes are easy to remove since it snaps into place magnetically. Overall, this an excellent floor cleaner which I hope to get years of great use.

Not worth the money. It doesn’t clean the floors well. I have to go over them more often then by doing it the old fashioned way. It gets clogged by the smallest things and I need to change the water 4 times just to do my kitchen and living room once. Wouldn’t let a child crawl on the floors after using this item.

Very poor vacuum and mop. The suction was nonexistent and the mop required multiple passes over dirt. Also, you spend more time trying to keep it clean than actually cleaning. Returned it within a week.

Great product after a demonstration I got 3 othet family members to buy.

Do no buy. It was on sale for a reason. Worst vacuum ever used. Battery last 15 mins and it’s terrible for dog hair. Missed returning by 1 day
