Assembly was a breeze, the handle clicked in easily and required no tools to setup. I love that it included extra parts and the cleaning solution. There is 2 settings, Auto and Max. I was very impressed with the auto mode. It detects how dirty the area is to know how powerful it has to run. As I moved down my hallway in front of my laundry room it detected the excess dust and automatically increased it's cleaning power. The ring around the screen was red and turned blue once the area was thoroughly cleaned. I was able to quickly and efficiently clean my whole downstairs in under 15 minutes and by the time I was done and rinsed the water tank, the water was completely black and my floors looked amazing! I highly recommend this item to anyone, it really does deep clean in a fraction of the time and so easy to use.

Very good product. It's well designed and built. Extremely well packaged. Clever instructions. Clear voice control. Very quiet for its class and purpose. Cleans well. I like the "self-propelled" drive: it's helpful without being overpowering: it feels your control. Minor water streaks dry out clean; I have a feeling I'm not running it properly, and expect my technique to improve. I really like it. Does everything as expected to do. Customer service is very responsive (pertaining another purchase from Tineco). Overall, very happy.

I waited some time to review this to give the product a good 30-60-day run before this review. The vacuum has been used only on hardwood floors and would rate the cleaning job it has done on the floors a B. Upon first use the vacuum comes with 2 rollers, You'll need to change out rollers every 45 days if you vacuum at LEAST once a week on wood floors. In my opinion, I don't see that as gaining much value out of a part that you will have to consistently change out I recommend every 30 days to have a properly clean floor. You will have to purchase, with some difficulty through their website ( or Amazon if you're lucky, customers like myself had problems purchasing rollers for this model) When purchasing through their website it can take at LEAST 2 weeks to get to your door with no additional options for shipping, Which is disappointing. Can this almost replace your mop and broom in the house? almost yes, Does this have important areas of opportunity to address before purchasing this as a customer? Also Yes, the price range for its more, expensive senior competitors Do I Reccomend this Vaccum? Yes, as long as you preemptively buy perhaps 4 rollers along with your purchase.

This wet mop is worth every penny. In the beginning I would sweep the floor with a broom before mopping. This mop picks up everything (hair, dirt, dust, etc.). The water in the dirty canister gets pretty dirty. This wet mop is amazing but the only that I didn’t like about it was that it was gross having to clean out all that hair and dust out of the dirty water canister. Here comes the game changer. My friend told me about the dyson vacuum. So I bought one. I was in cleaning heaven the first time i used the dyson vacuum instead of my broom prior to using the tineco mop. OMG!!!! The water in the dirty canister of the tineco mop came out less dirty, less hair, less gross!!!!! The dyson vacuum cuts my sweeping/vacuum time in more than half plus it’s easy on my back. It probably takes about 20-30 minutes for me to vacuum and mop now. Love it!!!! I can instantly see and feel how clean my floor is after mopping.

Wait until you use this! We keep a pretty clean house. My lady prides herself on how clean the kitchen floors are. 2 hours after she mopped, We tried out our Tineco Hard Floor Washer One S5. The amount of dirty water we had was disconcerting. This thing cleans like noones business! The display showing how clean -red to blue- the floor is works! (I thought it was a gimmick) One spot we went over several times before it showed clean. I really believe after using this floor cleaner, you COULD eat off the floors! The dock also puts it in self clean mode when charging. Battery level display was nice as well, you can see when it's about used up and needs charged. AS well as cleaning, it left the floor pretty dry, very minimal drying time was needed.. Definitely recommend!

The Tineco Floor One S3 Vacuum and Washer has above average cleaning ability that I'm saving about 30 minutes each time I clean my floors now. The Wi-Fi link to the internet and the cell phone app has to be the real changing factor in making this the #1 - hardwood cleaner as I never have to worry about knowing when to add in the clean water or remove the dirty water as it tells me automatically. The self-cleaning tools are also set up to tell me when it it needs to clean the vacuum itself. To top this off the price that COSTCO is selling them for beats any of the competition including Best Buy. Just check the Special Events section on the COSTCO website.

Easy to use and clean afterwards. It doesn’t scrub nasty floors but great for routine cleans.

This has saved me so much time and allows me to clean my floors more frequently, giving me peace of mind when my twins are crawling around! It picks up the food that my twins are flinging around during meals. The tank fills up pretty quickly, but it's still enough for me clean my kitchen, living and dining rooms in one go. I highly recommend this, especially for families!

I am absolutely in love with this machine. It makes cleaning fun and is truly a joy to use. So satisfying to look at my clean floors. Make sure to hand clean the roller every once in a while. The cleaner the machine the cleaner your floors. I would 10 out of 10 buy again. My floors are not just clean. They are "Tineco Clean"

I admit I was super hesitent on spending the money on a vacuum/mop, but my husband knew I wanted it and surprised me with it. And honestly, hands down, it is the best $500 I have ever spent. It saves so much time and does an amazing job. Leaves my floors way cleaner than with a manual mop does even. I recommend it to anyone anywhere! Buy it! You will thank all the reviews later!!

Absolutely obsessed with this new 3-in-1 vacuum from Tinesco! It cleans the floors better than anything we have ever used before. My husband is so obsessed with cleaning our floors every day now! Highly recommend this product to anyone with lots of house foot traffic and animals!

I love this product! It is just what I need to speed up my cleaning time! It is easy to set up. Just download the app and connect to your Wi-Fi and it's ready to clean! If you just want to vacuum, you can do that also. This lightweight vacuum has a lot of power. It has a bin on the front of the vacuum for dirt and trash and a bin on the back for water and cleaning solution. The cleaning solution is included in the box plus an additional mop roller. Highly recommend.

My entire home is carpet-free and I live in the country which means I do a lot of floors! The Tineco floor cleaner came packed very well and it was a snap to insert the handle and get ready to charge it. I was happy with the cleaning job that the machine did, but the voice is entirely too loud and annoying. I could not find a way to turn it off. I also could not figure out why you would use the app an it took too much time to fool with it and I did not feel it would be any advantage. I would have rated it a four except for the annoying voice!

Great machine especially if u have dogs But it cleans floors really well and u can tell how much dirt it picked up on the dirty water canister attached to machine which u need to empty when done. Also perfect as it works cordless because you charge I Highly recommend

This Mop/Vacuum is like my Mothers Helper.. i keep in near the kitchen where i can easily just grab it and clean up messes. even my 9 year old knows how to clean the floors and loves it when i allow it.

I thought I’d love this product but I don’t like that I need to keep changing the dirty tank filter after 30 min or so and then the clean water tank too. It doesn’t really get into corners and with toddlers I don’t think it was the best purchase because any little item gets stuck and the vacuum stops working.
