So far so good, machine is very quiet and does a good job of cleaning the hardwoods. The run time is very adequate, I am able to clean the whole floor with plenty of time left over.

This is terrific, a real advance over mopping or "swiffering" a floor. Came with two mop-rollers so one can dry outside while the other is ready to go. Very easy to fill, empty, clean. Excellent fit 'n finish. Doesn't leave a lot of water on the floor, but sucks it all up with the dirt. Easy to use everyday even for bad, lazy housekeepers like me.

I love this! Works great and makes mopping so much easier! I did learn it's important to remove the filter and mop part after use to dry out to avoid odor. Still, not hard and way easier than sweeping or vacuuming then mopping.

Wow this thing is cool. My wife did tons of research before deciding on this one. I am not sure all of the things it does, but it cleans itself, when you are cleaning a spot it will turn red, and gradually blue to let you know it is clean. It can detect how dirty it is and will adjust power accordingly. Great product.

This is not a paid review! I told my fiancé I don’t usually create reviews, but i had to because this thing rocks period. It’s literally the best hard surface machine I have ever used. I cleaned the whole house including bathroom floors and wanted to keep cleaning. In conclusion, I honestly can’t say anything negative about it.

Great product! We did not know we need it until we have it. Now my floor look stunning and my friends are asking me what I am using.

If you’re looking for an automatic hard surface cleaner or are just sick of doing the job on your hands/knees, this is the device you’ve been searching for. It’s so simple to use and has great results. You can do vacuum only, water and vac, or cleaner solution and vac. It’s also nice to have the timer/charge percentage readout right on the screen so you know how much longer you have before you need to recharge. I chose this over the robot mops due to all of the obstructions in my space that are more simply avoided manually. I cant recommemd the Tineco S5 enough!

This vacuum makes cleaning so much faster and easier. If you have hardwood or tile floors sweep and mop at the same time. It works on area rugs too!

I love the way it mops and cleans my hardwood floors so well. The downside is the battery charge doesn’t last long enough and there isn’t a way to have a second battery. In addition, just before my one year was up the battery stopped charging all together. I had to package it up or pay UPS to do it (they say they will reimburse me for it but I won’t give my checking information in an email) and send back w their label. I’m still waiting so time will tell when I get it back and how long it works after being repaired.

had seen good reviews and I expected a good product…. but this vacuum cleaner far exceeded my expectations…. Where have I been all my life? My floors have never been so clean, like now!

I love this Mop/Vac it does everything it says it will and then some. I have purchased one for me and 2 for gifts. I think these are wonderful.

The Tineco FloorOne S3 does a remarkable job cleaning tile and hardwood flooring. The Tineco FloorOne S3 assembled quickly and does so without the need for tools. The Tineco FloorOne S3 has an average amount of clean water and gray water capacity in it's separate reservoirs. The display on the Tineco FloorOne S3 is big and vibrant. All of these aspects made for what was expected to be a completely high-end experience. But the problem is ... the mobile App. We were able to test out the Tineco FloorOne S3 skipping the mobile app setup - which was a good thing. It cleaned our large Kitchen (tiled flooring), Great Room and entry Hallway (both Hardwood) with ease and with spectacular results. The included cleaning solution is good stuff. We were able to clean all three areas with roughly 20 to 30 remaining power capacity in the battery when it was all said & done. Thumbs up! It's very good that Tineco included an extra roller brush and filter in the kit. But here's where the entire experience went horribly wrong. The mobile App. We tried to connect the Tineco FloorOne S3 to two different mobile phones and our home network with constant network connectivity interruptions. I was curious to learn if there was 1) a way to lower the volume on the voice prompting 2) determine if there was an easy way to update the units firmware and check its status and 3) learn if there were any features not readily apparent in the scant documentation that accompanied the unit inside the box. Unfortunately, I was unable to successfully connect the Tineco FloorOne S3 via WiFi and I've been unable to find any helpful resource to troubleshoot the issue. This is why I am rating this product as Poor. The dependency on the mobile App is apparent and not having it function easily, completely ruined the entire experience. Pros: Solidly constructed Good cleaning performance Good battery performance Nicely organized charging base with onboard storage for the extra components Cons: Obnoxiously loud voice prompting with no onboard way to lower or even mute the volume of that voice with a simple touch Clunky and tedious mobile App that simply won't stay connected throughout the setup process I cannot recommend this product to anyone at this time because the software side of the experience was completely frustrating. Tineco should have used Bluetooth pairing like most other, high-end IOT devices.

This has to be the best thing to ever be invented! Can’t begin to say how easy it is to use, clean and charge. Absolutely Love Ot!

My wife loves it. She says it does what its suppose to, she dosnt trust me to vacuum so if so thats all i know

Love my new Tineco! Its easy to use and I got my mopping done without hurting my back. My only complaints are because my house is so big, I am having to refill and dump more than I'd care to and theres about a 1 to 1.5 gap between where the mop cleans and the wall. I do wish it would get right up against the wall. But those things arent enough to make me give it less than 5 stars because its still pretty awesome!

If you have animals in your home, you need this! This thing is awesome. Seriously. I was skeptical. It is awesome.

This works amazingly well on my LVP floors (luxury vinyl plank). I use distilled water only and it does a beautiful job in less that half the time I used to spend on cleaning the floors. Love it!

Very happy with my purchase. All in one cleaning system that literally cleans itself as well! Best purchase I’ve made in a long time!

I loved the vacuum but returned it because I have a lot of area rugs which made it more stressful and more work because I had to remove the rugs because of the mop feature.
