We have three small dogs in one larger dog in our household. With a doggy door leading to the backyard they track in daily little footprints and sometimes mud and grass everywhere. I have purchased a rumba, a mopping roomba to keep up. But it cannot keep up with the dog's mess. I finally bought this vacuum / mop a few months ago and I love it! It is so easy to use that my husband at first grumbled and said we did not need it. But once he used it and was able to remove every bit of the doggy footprints, tracks, and mud...everything he has fallen in love with it! I never have to ask my husband to help me clean the floors anymore. He insists on doing it himself. He thinks he has been master at it!! Lol. We both love it so much that we bought our daughter one with 2 huge dogs in her house and she loves hers too. One, it is so easy to use and two it is easy and convenient with keeping her floors clean for a new baby. We also bought one for his mother who has difficulty bending over and cleaning, let alone trying to push a little mop around. His mother is extremely frail in her age and pushing this Vacuum / mop around is the easiest thing for her as it is self propelled. At her age, she still insists on sweeping and mopping her floors daily and this makes it extremely easy for her. In fact, she loves doing it so much. She does it at least twice a day. This is one gift that I would insist that any elderly person would love to have because of how easy it is to use and to clean with. If my parents didnt have carpet, I would buy them one too!

Very good at mopping on surface level, picking up spills, stains, hair and dust. Very easy and intuitive to use, and to charge. The self clean function is very handy, as are the extra brushes. Having this makes cleaning easier and more likely something you'll do regularly. Only problem for me is that I needed something with a bit more intense of a scrubbing and not just mopping function, because I have annoying linoleum floors. The steam function on the S5 seems like it might do the trick for deeper cleaning, but I balk at upgrading and paying even more.

Where to start. I have been searching for a couple of months now and wasn’t sure if vacuuming and mopping at the same time would work, boy was I wrong. My friend had the bissell model and I tried it but wasn’t happy about the mess left behind. After a lot of searching online and and looking at YouTube on people reaction, I decided to go for it, and wow. It’s so easy to use. I have mostly hard floors and shiny white tile floor in the entryway so this made cleaning a breeze. I didn’t see any streaks, floors dry very fast. Did I mention it also cleans the brush by itself with the push of a button. That easy! You only have the clean dirty water tank. Overall I love this and will recommend it to my friends. And lastly get this model because it has better futures overall.

Hi everyone wanted to share I really liked this tineco product i have 7 cats and they make a mess this product is quick and convenient. I recommend this product 100%. I previously purchase a shark mop vac and was a waste of money. This tineco is so much better. Also the charge lasts pretty long as well.

Very good investment. We used to use dyson v6 animal for vacuum and the a manual mop to clean our floors, since we got the tineco, it’s just amazing how easy it is to vacuum and mop. Keep in mind we have a chow chow mix dog, she sheds a lot and this does a very good job picking it all up. Very good unit for regular clean ups On major cleaning days, this unit still provides amazing time savings in cleaning the floors. We kept our dyson with the small brush attachment for vacuuming the baseboards and higher areas where tineco keep dominating the floors. Well worth the money for the effortless cleaning, only if you willing to get off the couch tho.

So I saw this baby on a YouTube video and decided I needed one in my life. I bought it and assembly was easy and once I decided where to put the charging base it was smooth sailing. I waited for it to charge and was quickly vetoed by the wife when I was scheming about what to throw all over the floor like the video I saw. I will say this sucker cleans floors, however I do wish the battery lasted longer. That being said it's plenty to get most of my house without having to recharge. I think the biggest battery drain is the coolest feature. It tells you when it's dirty and asks you to put it on the base and run a cleaning cycle! Run that and empty and clean the tank and your ready for next time. The suction on this baby is incredible so if you have something on the floor you don't want sucked in I'd pick it up. It will suck up a paper towel or piece of paper if you get close. You can really feel the suction when you turn it on, but it is not hard to move. It is very easy to maneuver and will fit under my cabinets to get those hard to reach places. One thing to be aware of is the roller, it does not go all the way across. Not a huge deal just run it with the side that does go all the way to the edge against whatever you are cleaning and it gets clean. It really does clean the floors but prepare yourself. I tried it on what I felt was a relatively clean floor and was disgusted by what this got up. So well worth the purchase. It also talks to you and tells you what mode you have it in or when you need to run a clean cycle. So if you were a nightrider fan as a kid and can not afford your own Kit, this is a close second and doesn't take gasoline.

Bought this after a few people told me about this. I love it. Easy to use and cleans my floors great. It’s so light and easy to handle that I clean my floors almost nightly.

Im 70 years old with a bad back and this made cleaning my floors easy and fun. I can easily see when they are actually clean i mean really clean!! We have four cats and it seems no matter how well i sweep i was always dealing with hair as i was trying to mop. With my Tineco it picked up that hair with the dirty water with no problems. Never thought i would say i enjoyed cleaning my floors but with this machine i did.

I thoroughly enjoyed the wireless feature of this mop. After cleaning leaves, my house not only smelling fresh but also looked great. It’s the best mop I’ve ever used. I highly recommend it.

So much faster than and easier than a regular mop!

Picked one of these up during the holiday sale for under $400, which I think is a fair deal. We have a one year old baby and this unit is great for cleaning up the mess she makes at every meal. Wife did not approve of the smell of the Tineco solution (and it also apparently contains a chemical ingredient that's banned in the EU), so we ended up just using a drop of dishwasher detergent (any non-lathering soap should work) with warm water. This seems to work just fine and gives me peace of mind that when the baby is crawling around and eating stuff off the floor, it's getting washed with the same stuff as the dishes we eat our food on. A couple gripes: - the water tanks are too small and fill up pretty quickly (usually when battery drains to about 80%) so you have to refill/empty them multiple times usually every 10-15 minutes. Luckily it only takes about one tank's worth to do our entire kitchen and dining room, but this is kind of annoying if I want to do the entire house in one shot. - finnicky sensor can sometimes demand the dirty water tank get emptied even though it's not even close to being full. This typically happens during the self cleaning cycle - fully disassembling and cleaning every piece, every time we use the mop is a 5 minute. It is better than wringing out an analog mop and emptying out a gross slop bucket but I was hoping there would be less maintenance work with this unit. I hope this unit lasts a long time. With all the sensors and "smarts" built into, I have a nagging feeling that the unit was programmed to self-destruct the day after the warranty expires. We'll see.

I have harwood handscrapped floors and this handles the task perfectly. Extremely easy to use and handle. The cleanup of the dirty water and brushes is fairly easy too. You get 3 rollers and an extra filter so keeping a clean roller is easy. My house is 3800sqft and 85% of it is hardwood. I havent had the battery run out on me so 35min is plenty of time to work with. I highly recommend this to anyone tired of scrubbing floors!

I just moved in to a new house. I initially swept up the floor with a broom thinking I got everything. Then i saw my feet every day and was confused I went out and purchased the S3. It will suck up so much dirt and dust that you will think that it's got some dye in the water. You can control the level of suction and spraying. It's quite easy to do on the app. Plus the self clean is great. Just make sure to empty the dirty water immediately or else all the dirty water collected will start to stink something epic.

When we got our puppies, I was worried about keeping the floors clean, especially when they were shedding. I am sooo happy I decided to get this 3 in 1 tool. I can vacuum and mop my entire apartment in under 30 min! Depending on how dirty my floors are, I might have to add more water and solution a second time, but typically, once is all I need. Many other reviews have complained about the roller getting a moldy smell, but I haven't experienced that. After mopping, cleaning the dirty water tank, and running the self-cleaning cycle, I take the roller out, rinse it under hot water, and then dry it in the sun. Overall, I LOVE this tool and it has made my life so much easier and helped keep my floors clean despite 3 kids and 2 dogs!!

awesome. love it. I’ve had this mop sucker for 2 years now, and it rocks. maintenance of the waste bin and filters is pretty simple. Every other self cleaning I drop listerine into the waste bin and self cleaning platform. The only drawback I have about this product is the lifespan of the rollers. I use this mop sucker as my primary method of cleaning a house with tile floors. The best house warming gift.

I previously owned the floor one s3; it started malfunctioning within a few months. I purchased the s3 on amazon, worst thing I could've done. I had to deal with "Tineco" directly for warranty and it was the worst customer service I have dealt with. When this new machine came out I was excited in purchasing, but this time I purchased at Best Buy, they have the best extended warranty service. Getting into the Tineco, I LOVE it! It has bigger tanks. Less dumping out the dirty water tank and refilling the clean water tank in the middle of mopping. I have 6 dogs (don't judge me) and I have to use it everyday on my Luxury Vinyl Planks and it picks up soooooo much hair and leaves the floors very clean. The best part is that my cleaning time has been cut in half. I don't have to sweep then mop, this does it all it once. I feel it is a little overpriced, but for me it is worth it.

I live with my boyfriends grandparents and I help clean around the house. Normally it would take me about an hour and a half to clean the whole house by first sweeping then mopping then mopping again.  they were there she was inside the house, and the dogs are in around. The house is very very dusty and furry.  they’re always foot prints on the floor because the grandpa walks around with his shoes from outside. This vacuum/mop has saved me so much time and it’s so easy to clean.  I only have to change the water once or twice depending on how dirty the house is. But compared to what I used to do before this is such a timesaver and so easy to maintain the mop. It talks, it self cleans that’s pretty cool and yeah, the battery goes down pretty fast, but it also charges pretty fast. And the light feature is pretty cool to where it turns red where it’s really really dirty and it’s still equals back to blue as you clean. It reminds me of the red devil vacuums that used to tell you if the floor was still dirty and then tell you when it was clean. Overall, I think this purchase was very worth it
