I have had a Crosswave and it was nothing compared to this. The only thing is I wish this had a scrubber brush for deep cleaning.

This is the best cleaning appliance ever invented. I have two dogs who track a ton of dirt in the house on porous tile floors that I have tried every steam mop out there to clean and it just never felt clean. This machine is a power house that leaves my floors squeaky clean. I am able to do my floors twice before I have ti charge it.

I love this mop for the most part. It's convenient and super easy to use! I use it every day. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because 1) I still have to mop once in a while since this mop is only for everyday light cleaning and 2) I forgot to change the water container twice and it was hard to get rid of the smell. So if you count the cleaning of the container immediately, it didn't save me as much time as I thought. Overall this is a great product I Just don't think it was worth the $400 I paid for it.

Light and easy to maneuver. Cleans really well. Love that this model automatically plugs in on the base vs. previous model that you had to plus in. I highly recommend you keep up with cleaning the water tanks and the cleaning brushes to keep the smells fresh. If you don’t it can start smelling like mildew. Also keep the base clean as well. Like anything else, it still requires maintenance. Not a set and forget type of thing.

I own a cleaning company and let me just say this vacuum is absolutely amazing! The washer fluid smells amazing! I recently did a new construction home and it got all the saw dust up and left the floors sparkly and clean!

Worth it! Vacuums and mops at same time. Easy to fill and empty, then keep going. Game changer. I hated mopping before but also hated dirty floors. This works. And it feels sturdy - all the parts click into place neatly. I may never use my dyson in wood floors again. This does it all at once. I don’t even feel guilty about the cost. The manual is lacking but lots of videos on TikTok and it was easy once I saw someone else use it.

This product is excellent for cleaning, you can wash the floor. Very easy to used

Hands down this have been the best vacuum i have ever bought cause if you know me I’m constantly buying vacuum cause they just don’t clean! But this one does! But sadly to say I have a problem with it now. I’ve had this vacuum for 2 months now and now it don’t want to charge on the charging base! I’ve contact with customer service and they have been so wonder but they can’t ship me another charging base cause there inventory is short..... so it’s like now what I do! Wonder if someone else is having this problem!

Awesome. It will literally tell you what to do if it encounters a problem. I had a swiffer, bought this on sale and my fiancé loves it. It continuously runs water and it's easy to use. Cleaning is solid too. Not too labor intensive to Clean it but it picks up dog hair very well.

This 3 in 1 mop has been a tremendous help to me and worth my money. I enjoy not having to bend over in mop bucket to wring out a mop or empty a heavy mop bucket. I have a large area not including bathrooms to mop and it gets the job done and quickly. It is also great for picking up anything on the floor that the broom and dustpan leaves behind. Quick spills on my kitchen floor gone in a flash and leaving no sticky residue behind.

Easy to use. Mops very well, lightweight. Put together in less than 5 minutes.

Bought this product last year, I was always seeing videos on them and thought why not get one! It works great! I use it throughout my house. It can only do so much at a time but overall great product. Also make sure you clean the roller after every use and the dirty water tank!

Love this floor cleaner. I've had it for about a year now and use it several times a month. It does a great job cleaning and drying LVT. Also picks up pet hair great. I wash the brushes every few uses so they are always fresh.

[Employee of bestbuy] Kinda annoying, honestly. Lasts about an hour but while mopping you have to take your time and if’s not as quick as vacuuming. It vacuums well and mops… rather well, but the container the water goes in is extremely small, and the dirty water container is slightly bigger? But still small. Just to do my basement I have to fill it up twice so like why couldn’t they make it bigger? Also, the “automatic self clean” requires interaction with the device while on the base? So the name “automatic self clean” does imply it cleans it automatically, which it does, but it requires interaction. Lol. Rated on of the best mops and vacuum 2in1’s on the YouTube reviews where they do head to head on many different units, but I hate this. I’d rather have a corded unit with a bigger water canister. I’m going towards a steamer and vacuum that’s corded next. I can clean up spills by hand with paper towels better and faster than this thing can clean spills up. You want a clean floor to use the cleaning application of this device, which defeats the purpose. And there’s no way to turn off the mop side of things.

I am really liking it. It’s lightweight, super easy to maneuver, and does a fantastic job of both vacuuming and mopping in one pass.

The fist time I used this mop/vacuum, I could not believe how dirty my hardwood floors were. I had to dump the dirty water basket so many times. Walking barefoot on the floor felt totally clean. The only thing I wish was different is the battery life. I am hoping as I use it and keep the floors clean and the max clean doesn't come on so often the battery will last longer. I would purchase this product again. No regrets.

Ok this machine is a game changer if you have animals. It’s got a forever charge, never runs out of battery but you will have to change the dirty water and refill the clean water tank 2 times per floor of your house (depending on size of course) less often if you don’t use it on max power. I like the suction and it dries very quickly. You will be amazed how dirty your floors are once you get this. I love that you can clean everything and have it ready to go for the next time, especially the roller, since it comes with 2 and has a place to dry the wet one and put the dry one in. It talks to you to tell you everything.

Vacuum & mop at the same time. Self propelled, does a good job. However, don't expect it to clean as well as using your elbow grease with an old fashion mop. Puts down a thin layer of water, that dries quickly, so should be safe for all floors. It comes with extra parts, and cleaning solution. You don't need to use their solution, I just add a little dish soap and warm/hot water. With averaged sized room battery will last, but may run out of water.
