Excellent product. User friendly. Cleans very well. Rollers are self cleaning.

I love this machine. I have not downloaded or used the App, so I am not sure how that works, but this floor cleaner works well without it, which I appreciate. The tank is small, but I use it every day, so the floor stays clean and I can easily clean up without having to dump the tank until the end. The battery also lasts for the cleaning. I would highly recommend the convenience of this floor cleaner.

I could not live without this. The amount of dirt and pet hair the Tineco pulls up is amazing.

This is a great investment that will help you mop your house in a timely manner. Easy to use and do the job tirelessly. Had many mop vacuum before but this one stand out and help us save time and have a clean home.

Wife was looking at these at sister in laws house, we ended up trying theirs out and was super impressed with it, so with a newborn at home i got her the S5 and its beyond as advertised so far we are very happy with it.

So easy to use and lightweight. It’s also pretty quick to clean out when you’re done. One thing I think that’s weird is the suction is when you push forward on the machine instead of when you move backward. Just thought that was odd. Doesn’t change the way it cleans though.

Nice! Nice! One step broom and mop, time saving device

Wow this blew all of my expectations away! I have a long haired dog, 2 cats, and all wood floors on the first floor. I was expecting this to just clean very lightly soiled areas and I would have to go back and use a mop and elbow grease for any really stuck on grime. But no, gone are the days of sweaty, tiring, hard labor mopping! So easy to use and you just need to roll over stuck on stains a few more times than normal, no external pressure needed, the mop head does ALL of the work. This thing on max power cleaned the entire down stairs(apx 1000sqft) with 3 water changes and STILL had 21% battery life. Also I decided to go with this model for the edge cleaning and it was definitely worth it. I've only used it once so can't really speak on the self cleaning mode in depth, but after just 1 use it worked well, although I didn't mop up any fresh spills.

This thing is awesome. We have a bissell crosswave as well and this Tineco is way better. I can get a lot of coverage with the 30-40 min battery because I dont have to mop over the same area multiple times to have the mop suck up the water. Very happy with the purchase.

This vacuum mop is great. I typically run it on automatic mode. It brings up debris on our hard floors and if they’re rough spots it’ll adjust the pressure needed. Only draw back is the tank needs refilled and emptied while in use, battery also runs out quickly.

I use this with my vacuum robot and my floors stay spotless! It’s so nice to have something that vacuums and mops at the same time. It’s very user friendly and easy to break down and clean

This Floor Cleaner LITERALLY changed my life. I was adamant about buying it due to the price but figured I had nothing to lose. HOLY COW. My house has never been cleaner (I really disliked cleaning before getting this). It is EASY to set up and even easier to use. It doesn't soak your floors like a traditional mop and the suction on the vacuum is fantastic. I have 3 dogs and this vacuum has NO PROBLEM cleaning my floors. I am so obsessed with it that I now clean all the time. Spill something? Don't grab the paper towels grab this vacuum it cleans it all up and washes the floors. I dropped salad dressing all over...no problem for this vacuum!!! I highly recommend. It will be the best money you ever spent! I don't have pictures but I have lots of videos of what it can do.

Tineco never fails. Literally cutting clean time in half! The fact that after my cleaning person leaves from mopping with a regular mop I go back and use the Tineco and the water is dirty letting me know its cleaning and the regular mop sucks!

This thing is absolutely amazing. Worth every penny!!! It cleans very well and the self cleaning function is super helpful for my busy household. It also comes with a scrub brush to clean the inside parts that you can’t reach so that’s very useful and the base also charges it Willis is very nice. I feel bougie using this thing lol! It also has an auto function which detects how much cleaning solution to dispense to clean the floors. Overall very nice machine. Would definitely recommend for busy families or anyone really.

We love the Tineco. All the other steamers we had before just seemed to push the dirt around. This feels like it actually cleans our floors, which is especially nice with having pets.

This is my second Tineco product; the first was a smart vacuum with Tineco’s iLoop technology. After using it daily, and experiencing how efficient it is, I knew I had to have their vacuum/mop combo. This product has high build quality and great features! Run time is about 40-50 minutes, depending on how soiled your floors are. And the included accessories are just something other, more expensive, branda do not include. With the efficiency of iLoop technology, this vacuum/mop combo will give you all the time you need to complete several rooms on one charge; you’ll likely be emptying the dirty water container more than worrying about state of charge and if you can complete the job. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT BRAND, A MUST HAVE!
