THIS IS MY DREAM SENT VACUUM!!!!!!!!!!! A RELATIVE HAD IT AND FOR ME IT WAS LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! I HAVE 2 ACTIVE YOUNG CHILDREN THAT CONSTANTLY SPILL THINGS EVERYWHERE. ITS GREAT ON MY HARDWOOD FLOORS AND MY TILE FLOORS. ITS AMAZING HOW MUCH IT PICKS UP! CLEANING THE PRODUCT IS A LITTLE ANNOYING. HOWEVER, BECAUSE ITS SO AMAZING IT PICKS UP EVERY LITTLE STRING OF HAIR AND CRUMB SO YOU NEED TO TAKE THAT ALL OUT OF YOUR VACUUM. MY TRICK IS TO USE IT ALL DAY AND THEN CLEAN IT AT THE END OF THE DAY. I RINSE THE ROLLER BRUSH, THE DIRTY WATER TANK, AND REMOVE AND DEBRIS. THEN JUST LET IT ALL DRY! BEST PRODUCT EVER, OHHHHH AND IT SELF CLEANS DURING THE DAY WHEN YOU NEED TO BREAK BEFORE YOU USE IT AGAIN !!!!!!!!

Great device especially with children. It's a quick easy clean. I wish the water tank was bigger though as it needs more water frequently. And the brushes start to smell horribly if you forget to air them out.

So glad I purchased this. Has made cleaning floor so much easier. Love that it is cordless and self clean.

Very easy to use. The auto clean feature is so fun and most importantly it’s very impressive how much dirt the machine picked up in the dirty water tank. Highly recommend if you have a lot of wood floors.

Thought your floors looked clean till you use this. Supper easy to use and cleans better than a mop!

This is a fantastic wet/ dry vacuum. The only issue is that I have had to repurchase this vacuum 2 times. Each time I use the vacuum for 1 year and then it has an error or issue. Thank goodness I have purchased the protection plan wash time and I am able to replace it. I have considered buying another brand but none of the other brands have this same functionality for the price. I recommend it but buyer beware and purchase the warranty plan.

With hardwood floors and pets, the Tineco has been so wonderful! I love how it cleans up dog food and other debris, it reaches around every corner perfectly. I do like to vacuum up the pet hair before I Tineco, it leaves my floors feeling and looking so clean. Its easy to clean and rise afterwards and I love the option for auto, it releases just the right amount of water. Hands-down this product has made my life easier and cleaner!

This vacuum/mop has been a game changer for my home. I'm able to keep my floors clean and I absolutely love this vacuum!

Easy to use and clean only prblem i have is that the tank isnt big enough to do my whole floor but other than that its great

This thing is seriously the best. We recently bought a nee home which has all hardwood floors Even vacuuming every other day and using a broom for small messes everyday, with 4 dogs the Tineco shows you just how dirty the floors still are. This.Tineco is seriously the best.

Love my tineco. Saves me a bunch of time . Only thing to remember is to remove dirty water right away or you are in for a good 10 min cleaning it.

I love our time o floor cleaner. So easy to use and leaves our floors sparkling clean.

This mop is very ergonomic. It might seem complicated at first but its very easy to use. And i love how it has a self cleaning mode. Just makes sure to remove the roller after use and let it dry which is why it comes with a spot to hold onto the spare roller. Also definitely dont ever leave dirty water over night as it always needs to be emptied after use or else it will smell bad. It is a good thing the robotic voice will remind you of those things letting you know to clean the water tank. Cleaning the dirty water tank might be the worst part in my opinion but the machine is a very efficient cleaner

I have a pug so I swiffer, vacumn, mop constantly. My laundry room is full of cleaning devices so when I came across this I was skeptical but interested. Set up was a breeze and when I tell you it does everything it claims it does. This vacumn is going to. Save me so much time and my hardwood floors looks amazing.

Everything I’ve ever dreamed for and more. This thing works just like in the video. It really does 2 things at once. Takes so much time off of cleaning. Really gets the floor clean. Does not get floor super wet, so dries fairly quickly. And this thing cleans itself y’all!! I have 4 cats and a dog In the house and all vacuums I’ve had, the roller gets clogged with hair constantly. But my roller looks brand new after the self cleaning cycle. AMAZING. The only issue I have is it sucking up stuff close to the baseboard. But I’ve never had a vacuum that was super good at that anyway. Do yourself a favor. Oh, and my floors are laminate.

This item is very easy to use. Verbally tells you everything you need to know while using. Cleans very well.

Cleans well. Has a lot of battery life and the cordless option is amazing. It’s also self propelled so it’s very easy to push it.
