I have tried several floor cleaners and nothing beats this for pet hair! Super clean floors. I have to clean my main area daily because I have a dog that sheds a lot and this machine saves me so much time! I ended up naming it after my old house cleaner because it’s that good, I miss her. My only wish is that it had a hose to reach tight spaces.

Best Buy had this one half price so I bought it. So glad I did! If they do the sale again I'll get one for my upstairs. It is a great product!

Having this vacuum on hand allows me to vacuum and mop under the table in less than a minute unlike a traditional vacuum which would risk going mouldy if you vacuum up food. I also love that it's cordless. I can do my whole entire downstairs in minutes compared to plugging, unplugging etc. At first I felt slightly annoyed by the frequency in which it requires emptying and cleaning (daily) but now it is part of the daily routine it's an quick few minutes. The amount of dirt that is revealed every pour out is astonishing and the floors feel so clean in comparison.

At least a year of using it, if you leave the smallest amount of water in the dirty tank it smells. It has to be dried out by hand or left open to air dry. So not kid friendly cause they don't clean it well after each use. All using it as of today until i find a better unit.

The wife uses a similar Tineco device at work which led to us purchasing this device. Its been 2 weeks and this thing is awesome. Cleans the floors and even tells you when it needs to be cleaned. Highly recommend.

The flor cleaner is wonderful! Cleans very well. I like that it talks to me too. You need very little cleaner, only a cap full every time you fill the tank. No issues so far and would buy one again!

With 3 kids and 2 dogs I love I can do a quick mop and vacuum daily. This is my second Tineco and both have had problems with charging. My current one charges, but batter last 2 minutes even though it says it’s at 100%. Also, if the dirty water tank sensors get wet it says the tank is full and won’t work. Will not be buying another one.

Tank too Small

I clean my floors every weekend and I dislike having to stop and dump out the tank so often. It does a decent job of cleaning, but i wish it had a bigger tank. My home is 1747 sq feet and 80% tile. It may work well for smaller homes, but doesnt meet my home's needs.

But this solved those problems and I save so much time cleaning. The smart technology is amazing in knowing when the floor is dirtier and knowing when it needs to be charged, emptied, or refilled. This was also super easy to assemble and the whole product/charging station is small making it easy to store. Overall, this product makes cleaning hardwood floors SO much easier!!!
