Love this mop!

Best Buy had this one half price so I bought it. So glad I did! If they do the sale again I'll get one for my upstairs. It is a great product!

Not worth the money

I bought this floor cleaner in the hopes that it would help me keep my floors clean, but it's more work than it is worth! Every time I try to use it, it lasts for about half the time I need it to, the dirty water tank is full message comes on way too much, and it barely lasts long enough to clean my 1000 sqft living room. I had a Hoover Floormate before this and it was WAY better with how long it stayed charged, and how long it lasted before I had to empty out the dirty water tank and refill it. On top of that, Tineco floor cleaner solutions are not available in most retail stores, so you have to order them on line, which is another big inconvenience. I've had this cleaner for almost a year and am so dissatisfied. I wish I never bought it. I wish I had gone with a Hoover instead. The only reason I purchased this was because of all the hype on social media. While it does do a great job with cleaning the floors, it only stays charged half of the time I need it to, and I am constantly having to stop to empty the dirty tank or refill the water tank. I end up so frustrated with trying to clean just a small area of floor, that I end up just resorting to using my mop. My next purchase will be a Hoover and this will be going in the trash where it belongs. Waste of money, and waste of my time.

Based on your description, it seems that the cleaner's battery life and the frequency of emptying the dirty water tank have not met your expectations, especially when compared to your previous experience with another brand. Additionally, we understand the inconvenience of not having our cleaning solutions readily available in retail stores.
For optimal performance, we recommend that you charge the battery after each use and clean the filter as needed. Doing this will give you the most suction and longest use time. We also suggest checking if the dirty water tank is securely placed, as this might help reduce the frequency of alerts.

I am sorry I have always bought bissell but they would break within months of me using and it really didn't leave floor clean , then I got tineco and omg this thing is beast ! it cleans my floors so good no residue at all. Cleans up messes but also cleans floors daily with my dogs hair, and leaves them spotless no streaks!!! Crosswave was a total nightmare and left streaks and didn't even get the floors spotless and left stuff still on floor .This was a great choice

Just because I don’t really like cleaning the dirt out of this machine. BUT this is the best mop I have ever used. So easy to clean with and does such a great job. I know I’m officially old since I love a mop.

I have two large dogs who shed everywhere. I can quickly run over the floors to pick up the dog hair. It’s also very handy for cleanup after a long evening of cooking. I use it throughout my entire house which has wooden floors. This thing has definitely saved my life.

Every granule of sand tracked in by our 3 dogs and 3 kids is gone in a quick pass. It is BEYOND important to take this thing apart after your done cleaning and it runs the cleaning cycle though...Otherwise it will smell like fresh poop the next time you go to use it.

This wet/dry mop is amazing. It actually cleans your floors as you empty out the black dirty water—very rewarding. With Bona it seemed to just push around the dirt. We purchased this on sale and it has exceed our expectations and can clean our main level in about 15 minutes, where with Bona you had to first vacuum and then mop which take upwards of an hour. This a must have for those with kids and pets!

It's quieter, more powerful, easier to clean, and he edge cleaning make a big difference. I will say it will still leave a wet trail in the path (and not really dry as depicted in the picture). Overall still quite happy.
