I am so thrilled with this mop/vacuum. I did ALOT of research on this Tineco model comparing them to all the other mop/vacuums on the market. Time and time again this Tineco came out on top. It is amazing! We have hardwood and ceramic tile throughout our home and I am always amazed at just how much this thing picks up and how dirty the water is when I’m finished. My floors look incredible! Better than any sweeping and mopping I’ve ever done. If you’re on the fence, just buy it. You’ll be thrilled too!

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. Well I cannot speak from personal experience however, from what she has told me it is second to none. Easy to use works very well and she would definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking of buying it.

Great floor cleaner, picks up so much grime! Gotta make sure you throw out dirty water and disassemble the roller after use though or the bacteria will grow. Self clean is adequate in cleaning roller, though I prefer to do it a few times.

Best Christmas ever. My wife had been watching videos of the Boswell Crosswave and others similar to this on Tiktok all year and I kept getting videos sent to me. I started reading into it and it seemed like this was usually rated better by people who had got to use both. It picks up more dirt and doesn’t leave any residue behind if you do a paper towel test after a pass. She is ecstatic and has been cleaning our whole house. I will admit our hardwood floors have never looked better.

I absolutely love this machine. I don't even dread doing my floors anymore. I have animals, and if they have an accident, or if one of the grandkids spills something, it is so easy to clean up. The mop/vacuum is also easy to clean. I honestly wish I would have bought it sooner.

This is what i have been looking for. No mess at all and self cleaning is great. Now i can clean my main area laminate floor in just 30 minutes.

Great purchase. Cleans very well, only complaint is water gets dirty quick. But also shows that it’s doing deep cleaning.

First the good points: The aesthetic design and looks are stunning. I love the cordless feature. This was going to be my first cordless vacuum. It is pretty light. The two tank system is a good idea, and once you figure out how the containers click into place it works quite well. The not-so-great points (just one really): It just doesn't mop that well, which is why I returned it. I have LVP floors with texture. I also have two dogs that frequently have muddy paws. If I don't clean right away, the dried mud is quite difficult to remove. It comes up easily enough with a traditional mop (where I can exert some force) or with a rag that I drag around with my foot. Those are both much cheaper than several hundred dollars. The Tineco was marginally better than my robot vacuum with mop pad. However, with the robot, I don't have to spend 45 minutes cleaning the floor. So I'm going back to using the robot every day and supplementing with a mop or rag as necessary.

This is a time savior. I can clean all the floors in my house in one hour.

I love whoever invented the vac/mop concept, and Tineco has a great version and excellent customer service. Anyone with kids needs one of these.

The best house hold cleaner I've ever owned i tell everyone about this awesome device. I have porcelain floors and tile throughout my first floor I can get it all done in the fraction of the time if you are debating STOP BUY IT. I just purchased a 2nd one for my mom for Christmas

This has really helped me cut down on cleaning time around the house. It takes off in an almost self propelled lawnmower style fashion and the auto sensing feature is truly amazing. No streaks and always gets up the water well. My only complaint is that there is about a one Inch area around the entire mop part that is just casing. This means you have a once Inch gap between what was mopped and not if you try to go up against a wall.

Best wet mop/vac ever and its so convenient and so easy to clean.
