This is the best thing for any floor , not so good for carpet, but I have enjoyed to cleaning floors again

Replaces Bona for hardwood floor cleaning. This wet/dry mop is amazing. It actually cleans your floors as you empty out the black dirty water—very rewarding. With Bona it seemed to just push around the dirt. We purchased this on sale and it has exceed our expectations and can clean our main level in about 15 minutes, where with Bona you had to first vacuum and then mop which take upwards of an hour. This a must have for those with kids and pets!

Just loved this vaccum mop. Only thing it can improve is to have bigger clean water tank as it needs to be refilled more often.

I love this thing. It makes cleaning so much easier. When you empty the dirty water tank, you definitely see how much dirt was on your floor.

Ohhhhhhh the ease of cleaning this has caused! I love it. It's so neat! I do wish the clean water reservoir was a bit bigger though.

Overall I’d say it’s pretty good. I am pretty disappointed with how often you need to fill the clean water tank and empty the dirty tank. Between cleaning and the self cleaning feature I need to refill/ empty after every room and a half or so. Other than this inconvenience I’d recommend it.

I got rid of my mop and broom because this baby does it all. Very satisfied with how well it cleans and how fast the floor dries. I pass it around my house every other day. I have three kids and they enjoy using it to simple and easy. Definitely recommend this product.

This is a game changer for me. I love this product so much. If I had the money I would buy one for all my friends, that how much I love it. I don't have a lot of time and this helps so much with having 2 dogs and 3 kids.

This is a great clearner for spills that have just happened. There have been a few times we've missed some spills or spots from where the dog came in and I ended up having to use a wet cloth and cleaner instead. The floor washer had a hard time getting some of the tougher spills.

First the good points: The aesthetic design and looks are stunning. I love the cordless feature. This was going to be my first cordless vacuum. It is pretty light. The two tank system is a good idea, and once you figure out how the containers click into place it works quite well. The not-so-great points (just one really): It just doesn't mop that well, which is why I returned it. I have LVP floors with texture. I also have two dogs that frequently have muddy paws. If I don't clean right away, the dried mud is quite difficult to remove. It comes up easily enough with a traditional mop (where I can exert some force) or with a rag that I drag around with my foot. Those are both much cheaper than several hundred dollars. The Tineco was marginally better than my robot vacuum with mop pad. However, with the robot, I don't have to spend 45 minutes cleaning the floor. So I'm going back to using the robot every day and supplementing with a mop or rag as necessary.

We’ve had the Bissell CrossWave for the pass three years and lately it’s become a hassle to use. The is an amazing upgrade. Its cordless which makes it so much easier for little messes. It also leavrs the floor so dry i dont. I dont have to worry aboit my little ones falling while the floor droes.

This vacuum is great. Informs you when it needs water and when to clean the dirty water tank. One issue I have with it is when cleaning a lot of dirt or if you happen to pick up some fur it will stay where the blade is. Occasionally have to remove the cover and clean it.

This machine is amazing! It’s so nice to be able to sweep and mop at the same time, knowing my floors are actually getting clean!

I am so thrilled with this mop/vacuum. I did ALOT of research on this Tineco model comparing them to all the other mop/vacuums on the market. Time and time again this Tineco came out on top. It is amazing! We have hardwood and ceramic tile throughout our home and I am always amazed at just how much this thing picks up and how dirty the water is when I’m finished. My floors look incredible! Better than any sweeping and mopping I’ve ever done. If you’re on the fence, just buy it. You’ll be thrilled too!

This has been a great investment. It is awesome if you have pets as it makes it so much easier to pick up their hair than doing it with a broom. It’s surprising to use and and see how much it picks up after having seemingly clean floors! It is light and moves on its own which makes it easier to use than the Dyson vacuums.

Works pretty good - I do also spray the floor with a little disinfectant spray. I am buying another for my daughter.
