Overall, we have really enjoyed this product. We have hardwood floors throughout and it makes cleaning up a breeze. My only issue is that only after a month of use it stopped recognizing the device on the base and therefore would not hold a charge or complete a self cleaning cycle. We are exchanging it for a new one, so fingers crossed that this one lasts a bit longer!

Product is great. Customer service is not. The disconnect between the phone and in person customer service is unbelievable. The lack of full 5 year warranty coverage on ALL items purchase at best buy under the very expensive annual membership makes it useless.

I have uneven sealed saltillo tile floors. And this thing is great. Also, use it in the travel trailer with sheet vinyl flooring. Kind of makes it fun to mop and easy because it's vacuuming too!

The best vacuum ever! With 4 kids and a farm, I needed something that would clean up my floors nice while saving time. This vacuum does just the job.

Love being able to vacuum and mop at the same time! This was easy for me to assemble and start using. I wish there was an easier way to clean out the solids and dog hair that get vacuumed up but otherwise the self cleaning feature is great.

The tineco is the best vacuum I’ve ever had!!!! I use it daily, it’s easy to use and works very well. This is my second tineco, I gave my old one to my brother and it’s still going strong. I bought one for my dad for Father’s Day. Best money ever spent

By far the best mop on the market! Fantastic addition to my Dyson for all of my cleaning needs. Battery lasts enough time for me to clean my whole home before needing a recharge. Fantastic suction and easy to clean after use.

I absolutely love this. I have all tile floors and I have tried everything there is and nothing cleaned good. This thing is a beast sweeps and mops all at the same time and so easy to empty and refill it even talks to you. A must have !!!!!!

I wanted to love this, I really did, but it does some weird wonky things that I don’t love. I contacted tineco customer service once already asking them why it keeps saying the dirty water tank is full, when it’s not? They told me that the sensors that hang down into the tank have to be dry… Why on earth would you put sensors into a dirty water tank that have to be dry, when it’s wet? I understand they’re supposed to sense when the tank is full, but clearly it’s too sensitive. Not only that, but it flat out stinks and I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and 4 kids. The solutions don’t even smell very good. I can hardly smell them when I use them. I’m overall really frustrated with this purchase, and I feel like for as much as it cost, it should preform better. I just ordered a bissell crosswave instead, my mom just got one, and I honestly like it better, and it smells better. I guess I’m out $350.
